"I've made four purchases from One Call over this last four weeks, consisting of a new Canon 5D camera and several Canon lenses. Total purchases totaled $5200. I purchased after hearing of them on an internet forum. Camera was lower priced than anywhere else I could find. Lenses were equal to the lowest prices I could find elsewhere. The camera was on backorder, but I ordered it anyway because the price was cheaper than anywhere else, $2670 after rebates. One Call called later the same day informing my a shipment of 5D's just came in and my camera would be shipping shortly. It arrived on the third day later, as did all the lenses from the day I ordered them. Items were delivered in pristine condition, ie, packed appropriately with adequate packing material. Someone from One Call called after each purchase to ensure I had no problems and to thank me for the order, a nice touch. Shipping information was provided through email. Fed Ex was shipping company used. Shipping/handling/delivery rates were quite reasonable. I had one item that was defective which was rapidly exchanged for new item. The couple of times I called with questions, their sales reps were knowledgeable and friendly. Call wait times were less than a minute or so. I'll definitely be purchasing from One Call again. As a sideline, I like their camera lens return policy. If not defective, lens returns are charged fifteen percent return fee. They are then sold as open box and marked as such so you know you're not getting a lens someone else returned because it was soft, etc. Defective lenses are marked as defective and returned to vendor (manufacturer.) I like purchasing a lens knowing I'm not getting one someone else returned. :) "
