"This is the second time i've ordered from them, first time was last year Feb 2010. The customer service was great as was last year. I ordered the tires online and they contacted me the following monday. (ordered on a saturday) to inform me that the product was out of stock and to call them. In stead of being a prick about it as I suspect some of the complainers on this site are. I was open about a different brand or different model. Josh the customer service guy promptly upgraded me to the next class of tires at no extra charge. The prices are the cheapest you'll find anywhere, obviously they're gonna sell out quick. If they had the fancy inventory software that updates everything in real time, do you honestly think you're gonna get this kind of pricing?
I ordered on a saturday, called them monday for the changes and the tires were shipped out on wednesday and i got them at my door on friday! this was not an accident, same thing last year. if there's an issue, be nice about it when you talk to them. if you want same day service, go to costco!"
"I read the reviews on the website so I was kinda wary about using onlinetires at first so I decide to call about the tires that I wanted and its a good thing I did.The tires that I wanted were not in stock I had my mind set on the hankook ventus but they were not available so what they did for me was they gave me the Toyo Proxes II at the SAME PRICE!So I bit the bullet and ordered from them on Friday and got the tracking numbers emailed to me on tuesday got the tires on wednesday morning at noon!So happy I did this grand total 548.22!!!4 stars though it is hard to get an actual person on the phone but the hint is to get a hold of them 5 minutes early or 10 minutes before they close!"

"onlinetires.com is the biggest scan EVER!!! i was in the market for new tires. i am a full time college student and only work part time. so needless to say i let my tires go bald before getting new ones and when i shop for new tires i always look for a good/decent brand for the best price i can find. so i discovered onlinetires.com they had pirelli tires for $75/tire (normally a $200/tire)i was shocked i did a little research i found a few good, a few bad reviews on the site but by far the cheapest price best quality tire. stated they were IN STOCK & i would have them in just a few days. the day before they were suppose to be delivered i get a email they are not only out of stock BUT they are on back order for 6 - 8 weeks and there isn't anything they can do to help me other than give me $6 off a tire on tires that are similar but cost almost $200 per tire and no idea when i would get them in needless to say i did not order from onlinetires.com and i will never deal with them again!!!!!"

You get excited and buy them and live in dream world for few days. then you realize they don't send you any tracking number and nothing. then you try to reach them and you fail because there is no one over there to answer your call. they don't have warehouse or tires in stocks. they buy from others and drop ship to you. Anyway when you get someone to talk to you, you get to know either tires are out of stock or no longer available. Why the fvck they still advertise low price on their web site? = scam to get you in. later they try to sell you other tires. Stay away from this scammers. theye is an old saying, a theft live healthy where all cheppo lives. Dont cheap out on tires and get them from reputable tires resellers. "Bought 4 tires from them last Wednesday and got them next Thursday. Got real nervous after hearing about all these bad reviews, so I called them to try to get a tracking number and could never get threw. They have a terrible phone set up for customers and they have no customer service. I never got a tracking number or a response if they had the tires in stock or if they shipped them.... So they randomly showed up at my door with three 17 inch tires and one 18inch..... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM if you want to take the risk and get 3 tires that are the right one and one wrong size and be screwed because you cannot get threw to them.... I had to go and buy a tire because they sent me the wrong one what a joke this company is. I called and was told there is no problem, they have the tires in stock and they are ready to ship out the next day. Three days later no contact. Called today to check order status, said they will ship out tomorrow. "Ordered 4 Nexen N5000 as they were by far the least expensive of any other retailer. Ordered by phone from Josh and made sure tires were in stock. I agree on the communication part of other peoples complaints as I had to call to request a confirmation/shipping number but got it em the next day. Ordered December 31 and got them here in south Florida January 7. Well worth the effort as mentioned before the price was far under anyone else.

"Ordered a set of tires, (I previously ordered from them before so i know they do not communicate, and i got the tires after 2 weeks at my house) so i thought i would just see the tires at the front door, 3 days after i ordered, i get an e-mail saying these are not in stock. So i a reply saying well ship me any other tires for the price. Another day later i got a no. After that I just decided forget it, just send me what tire you got and add the rest to my credit card if you can ship it to me in a week. Day later i get a reply saying we can't do that. I called them numerous times during this no one answers !!! Worst customer service i ever experienced, I dont even know why this company still exist. The total price was about $35 less than TireRack.com (where I used to order tires). The day after I placed my order, I woke up to 2 tracking numbers in my inbox. "I bought 4 tires (Federal Formoza) from these guys on 9/29/2010 and they showed up on my doorstep today, 10/6/2010 just a week after ordering. So I am torn, they delivered but their communication is definitely lacking. I ordered these first and then checked reviews (I know that is stupid). The reviews scared me to death so I emailed and called them. No response to emails and I got voicemail when I called. Their order confirmation said I should receive tracking info within 48 hours and that did not happen. I was very worried and almost submitted a charge back thru my credit card co. Then they show up! So....I am happy with purchase great price and they got here quickly...but I never heard from them during the process and given their on-line reputation, I was very scared. So, they are not a scam as some have said, However, I do think they are understaffed and under-managed. Given their prices and the fact that I received my tires, I will probably buy again but I will call them to order so I can be sure that the tires are in stock. That way, I may not get tracking info but I will be somewhat sure that I have not ordered back-ordered tires."

It seems that they are the middleman, you place an order, they place the same order somewhere else and ships them to you... they dont really have anything in stock..

I blew my tires and I was not ready to get new ones, so, I decided to searched for discounted prices, this is the reason i ended up ordering from them, NOW, MY CAR IS IN MY GARAGE AND JUGLING WITH MY WIFES CAR TO TAKE ME TO WORK..
