"Opentip was a terrible experience. I called to confirm they had the quantities I needed before placing the order. They said yes. Then I placed the order. Days later they contacted me to let me know they did not have enough to place the order, they only had 2/3 of it. I said okay. Then the next day they called to tell me they actually only had about 1/5 of the original amount needed. I found the product with excellent customer service elsewhere and called opentip to cancel and told me it was not possible because they had already shipped. Overall it was a terrible experience and inconvenienced our company immensely. "
