"In the form to add my eye doctor, on your drop down list to select the state, the states are not in alphabetical order they're in completely random order.
I checked paying with Affirm, went thru the verification and saw it required a direct bank debit rather than credit card. I closed to go back and was taken to my cart not to the payment page. This meant I needed to re-enter all of my eye dr office info a 2nd time."
