Verifying the Prescription is a pain

"I'm only ordering refills on my contacts on-line out-of-pocket to hold off on getting them though an optometrist/my vision insurance, since they only cover services every 24 months but only give you an 18 month supply. I don't remember which optometrist I saw 20 months ago at Visionworks so I had to just look up names and hope they just rubber stamp it. "

"I was happy to see the discount, and checked other sites for comparison and you were lower UNTIL I hit the purchase button and you added "Processing fees" of $17.95 Buyer beware..... Not happy about that. Takes the discount away. I did have the time that I spent on ordering to go find another so I just went with your company. Unfortunately your not honest with the pricing.."

PRICE CHANGE AFTER THE FACT???

"I have not ordered from this site before and I was offered 30% off for a first time order, I was shown a price, it was so great I opted to pay additional shipping for rush. I entered my RX info, shipping info and credit card number. It wasn't until I placed my order then the page updated and changed the amount, COUPON CODE REMOVED AND A POP UP THAT SAID *previous customer??? and then a confirmation of a higher amount then I agreed to pay. I did not agree to this higher amount and would have purchased elsewhere. What a joke! Even if you think I have ordered before that should have been reflected in the price BEFORE hitting pay, not after. I will be disputing this charge with my bank as it was not the agreed upon price."

"I really like the reordering process! I click the link from the text message and the link takes me straight to the reorder page. No looking up previous orders, trying to find the website, digging thru old emails....just one simple click.
