bait and switch pricing

"you have a price listed for the product but when you go to check out an exorbitant 'processing' fee is added $80 that my insurance company won't reimburse me for, coupled with an insulting description of the fee whereby you do the very thing that you accuse your competition of doing. At the end of the day I ordered with you because I just got tired of weeding through the different companies. Next time I will order directly through my eye doctor to avoid the hassle of this experience."

Expensive but simple I guess

"$400 for 4 boxed of contacts is expensive and unfair. Since I'm a returning customer I didn't get the 30% advertised discount that a new customer receives. Opticontacts is no different than any other contact lens merchant."

"I have a prescription. Fee for processing should per order not per box. That seems fair. The way it is now seems unfair and unethical."

"You give a 20% discount, then you put most of it back on the boill with a "processing fee". That is total BS. I don't think I will be ordering from here again."
