So I finally received it 2 weeks later with zero apologies. Could of at least sent it out with faster shipping to make up for the failure on optics planet end."

"I've had to return 5 of the last 6 products I've bought due to grossly defective merchandise. Primary Arms, Vortex and Trijicon. But bear in mind Optics Planet is just the retailer. They sent new ones out and did a return. The last Trijicon RMR I got was a epically defective. It had no security sticker and there was dog hair in the box, I suspect this was someone else's defective return they put back on the shelf. Optics is a niche market and precarious. You can't low ball or cheap out quality or your employees otherwise your organization will fail. This is NOT Taco Bell, McDonalds or Walmart. You will have the best fiscal quarter ever, right before you company folds. Hire a CEO that is not out for himself, but rather has a vested interest in the company."
