"Saw description advertising gift included with purchase of CMC triggerS under 2-2.5 lb CMC drop in trigger( 2 options). I toggled between both and opted for curved model and place order. When gift didn't show on confirmation I immediately emailed my surprise and told them to cancel order if gift not included. Instead a few days later they responded gift only came with other trigger option asking me what I wanted to do. I responded with extreme dissatisfaction and said cancel order like I had previously instructed. Too late optics shipped anyway. I asked them to credit funds to my Visa or make good on gift offer as with advertising like this seemed unethical. I do not want store credit as I won't be doing any more business unless they resolve this issue. I had been happy with their products and services until now. No matter how fast you cancel your order, they delay response and ship anyway. If you want to send back they will provide shipping label.if you choose store credit in lieu of reversing charges to your card. Captive customers? This wasn't right and they should never include 2 triggers in one ad that states gift with purchase of CMC triggerS and then tell you later only one of them gets gift. If I have to send this back on my done and not have my card credited I will never shop at Optics planet again"

Optics Planet has several partner companies linked to serve their clients with greater focus on specific stores and goods. Just wish their discount coupons did not expire and offered even greater incentives. Might find cheaper elsewhere, but never confident of the quality. Selection could be better sometimes, like I could find large 10 rnd capacity magazines, but had to find 5 rnd FLUSH AICS magazines for my short action 308 elsewhere. Had a return in the past, for full credit, and no hassles, great experience. No wonder why I'm a repeat customer."
