The best place to buy optics

"How can you beat excellent pricing, constant discounts of 10-14%, no taxes(except Illinois)
and free fast shipping? The returns are not bad either except for the $7.99 shipping charge but
very minor with your total savings. Friendly customer service. One of my favorite websites.
The Burris Fullfield E1 3X-9X40mm Illuminated is one of the lowest priced, well made scopes you
can buy, regardless of being made in the Philippines. The trijicon Accupoint scope rings are
solid and good looking. Highly recommend both products.

Never had a problem with Optics Planet.

"I've purchased high-end scopes, mounts and firearm accessories from Optics Planet for years, and have been issued a credit or refund any time there was an issue with a product. Prices are great when you are able to catch your item on sale; free shipping is somewhat slow, but reliable, and the customer service reps do their best to help when you need info on purchases or returns. Hold times are long, so I play solitaire while waiting. All in all, a great site to shop for things I have convinced myself I need! "

If Not Perfect, when given the chance they will make it Perfect.

"Ive Shopped at Optics Planet for 5-6yrs or so now. An extremely helpful Rep almost always answers my call, which is borderline impossible with the current work ethic of people. The couple times, out of say 50, that I got a mediocre Rep on the phone and there was a mistake on my order it was handled above and beyond satisfactory with a simple call back. I don’t know a lot about the Company but they seem large in terms of personnel and amount of goods they sell. That to me makes it more impressive to not only rarely get a Rep that isn’t Top Notch but never get one twice. Mistakes happen, they fix it if it does and in my experiences, it’s not common. I’m often made aware of discounts, prices are low and free shipping is normal. The whole Tax things **** now but not their fault. I don’t understand there Invoices and that’s only because you pay less then advertised price most often and the Discount comes off in one lump sum. That is hard to follow and my only complaint if you want to call it that??
I’m a Consumer. Dont write many reviews. This is the First Time I remember being asked to take a Survey for Optics Planets Service. Definitely the Only Time I remember doing so. Was not compensated for this write up. Can tell you that I usually don’t have positive experiences with merchants, service providers or customer service needs. 7 out of 10 of my experiences are usually aggravating and painful. 2 are Average. 1 of 10 is actually enjoyable. Sad but True. When I need to call AT&T, I will put off for Days and would rather take a fork in the eye instead. Optics Planet is Alright. Employees are Regularly Kind and Helpful. Thank You for taking my Money and Not making me Regret giving it to You.

Flip a coin

"Have placed 7 orders over the past 12 months. Over all I generally have a good experience. The amount of time passed between ordered and shipped is usually around 2 weeks. If you can wait it's worth it. Had to do a return when I had ordered the wrong size boots once. They were awesome via email. Process was quick and easy. They even took care of return shipping. Recently ordered a lower parts kit. It arrived missing parts. Called them. Took 2 hours and 3 calls to reach someone. First guy friendly and helpful. Called for update to initial contact next day. Second guy had an attitude but provided me with the information I was seeking. I am still awaiting a resolution. It's been about two weeks since I received it. They have updated me twice in the past week. They are telling me they contacted the manufacturer to have them send me the missing parts. If they can't resolve with manufacturer they say they with refund or exchange. Not sure that's how I would've handled it but for now I patiently wait. So give em a chance, or don't give em a chance. If I have another bad experience they will lose my business. "

Poor Customer Service!!!

"I am sick and tired of the runaround, and two day plus, turnaround on emails to Customer Service. I was deceived about inventory stock and it took over 19 back and forth emails to repeatedly explain what I had clearly explained in the very first email. I actually believe they "get off" on tormenting, and toying with their customers!!! Their shipping time seems to be consistently delayed because (imho) they don't have clear understanding of their on-hand stock. They "talk the talk, but they don't walk the walk!" I have ordered alot of product from them but I will probably be moving on to other Companies; It's a shame because they could really have a Great Company but with such poor customer service, "screwy," Inventory controls, & delays in delivery, you never know if, or when, you will get your products..."

Great price/service was mediocre

"I ordered a Romeo 1 scope for a great price on 21 March. It was not turned over to the post office until 26 March. Not received until 4 April. The scope was in a plastic bag with no padding. The scope did not include any instructions or warranty card. They were sure to include a bunch of advertising for wine clubs and their DVOR membership program."

Little Package - Lots of Light!

"After a lot of research, I bought the Olight PL-2 Valkyrie Rail Mounted LED Pistol Light for my Sig Rattler MCX in 300 BLK. The extreme compact nature of the Rattler (5.5" barrel) limited the rail space for a full sized tactical light with mount, activation tape, etc. With a compact size, impressive 1200 lumen brightness, and an on/off switch that is easily activated by my support hand, the Valkyrie is the perforce choice for short barrel rifles and carbines that can reach >100 yards but are built to stay light and maneuverable. The quick disconnect also makes it great to remove for investigating "those strange noises" without having to put the critter (or person) in the line of fire.

I couldn't be happier with the purchase!

"Placed an order March 19th that still hasn’t arrived. Third time I’ve placed an order that was advertised as “In Stock,” only to find out after placing the order that it was on Back Order. C’mon guys! No way to treat your customers or do business!"
