"Ordered this product on Dec 12, 2018. After a few weeks of not receiving my product, I called to follow up only to be told the item was out of stock. They advised me the item will be in in a few weeks. Fast forward to March 3, 2019 and I get an email that my order has been cancelled. I called to find out why my order was cancelled and was told “I can’t see in the computer system why the order was cancelled but you can place your order again” I asked if there were any discounts available and they said no. So I placed the order which cost $144. I received an email 2 hrs later with a promo code. I had to call back and ask to have the promo code entered in. The code was entered and I got the item for $132. So after 3 months and 3 phone call later I got my product. Horrible experience with optics planet. "

"I ordered the Taurus PT111 / PT140 Gen 2 Laser Sights, Green, TR23G. It was on sale at a good price and I received it quickly. Now I did have an issue with the ArmaLaser. The brochure warned to only use Duracell batteries which is what was included. The first round I shot with it in place knocked the laser out. I doubled checked the battery to make sure it was Duracell and it was. I pulled out the positive connector in the battery compartment and the laser started working again. It has worked fine through about 100 rounds so far. I'm very pleased with it and Optics Planet."

"I placed my order on 3/4/19 It is now 3/19/19. It was scheduled for delivery on the 18th. On the 18th it was rescheduled for the 19th. Today a shipping label was created at a post office in a nearby city. So it will not even be delivered by the rescheduled delivery date. This was my first and last order from this company."
