The latest order I placed I made sure all items were in stock and it still took 4 days just to process, then 3 days to get to the FedEx office 5 days to get to California then they pass it off to USPS for delivery (another 2 days). "I've been very happy with the ability to research and select items navigating through the Optics Planet website and store. On some items I come across while researching for what is best for me, I refer to a manufacturer's website to possibly find more details or pictures so I can better understand the details of an item. For most items I've purchased through them the transaction was relatively quick enough. It's exciting to purchase things you want and the anticipation is always there when it comes time to waiting for it to arrive and have but not all items are on hand to be shipped and understand that. Recently, I had an item in an order that I realized wasn't going to work with the gear it was to be paired with and called the next day and they took it off the order over the phone. I have never been dissapointed shopping from Optics Planet and the service they've given me. The Shot Shows are a great way to see product in hand and don't really know of many gun shops that have everything cool so that is what makes, in my opinion, Optics Planet a great place to shop from. There's only been a couple of things I've bought in the past that I found cheaper elsewhere so that is why you need to do some of your own homework/research people.
