"I love this little laser for my Colt Mustang XSP. Until now, I have NOT liked the factory sights or any other option, and have tried my best to work with gun smiths to replace the originals. Now that I have this laser, I can put lead down range very quickly, and know exactly where it is going.
It was easy to sight in, although I used my own method. I used a laser bore sight and adjusted my new laser to where it was. This was much easier done in my living room, than at the range."

"I like the prices and selection, but the customer service is a little lacking. Also I bought a couple of laser grips and one of them was not working properly. I started an RMA with O.P. and was told they don't cross ship. This means that I paid the expedited shipping to get a broken item and now have to wait 7-10 working days to get an unbroken item. Lost the expedited shipping. Not cool! Also they said I would get a free tool with the order and then all of a sudden they are out of the tool so I'm stuck with another gun cleaning mat. I have like 12 gun cleaning mats. Maybe they can get more creative than that."

"I ordered a Nikon scope and upon arrival I noticed that the box was slightly damaged. The scope box was placed in a much larger box with no packing material. The scope was rattling around in the box. I have not mounted the scope and hope that there is no damage. On the shipping, it was initially sent by FedEx but was handed off to USPS. USPS took five days just to get it to me from less than a hundred miles away. "
