They have good product descriptions and have user reviews of products to help navigate through many options. Shipping could be a little faster, but with the regular offer of free shipping on orders over $49, can’t count that as a negative as much as my impatience from 2-day free shipping conditioning from another online retailer and not wanting to pay extra for expedited shipping. "Been shopping here for years, until now. January 1st I placed an order for 4 items. I realized I had given a wrong shipping address and contacted O.P. They said that they would need to wait until the package was received back to them, and they would ship it out to the right address (even though they could track it and see it was en route to them, they would not just create a new order to speed things up). 10 days later still no new tracking. Contacted OP again. They said they were still waiting on it to arrive still, and to keep waiting. About another week passed before I saw it had been received. I called again and a replacement order was processed. Upon receiving my confirmation for the replacement, the order only contained 2 of the 4 items paid for..... called again...... Being the next rep to understand was like pulling teeth, and he treated me as though i was scamming him. Finally he understood and placed an order for the remaining items. Both orders were upgraded to ground shipping (considering everything so far, you could have done more). I received my new tracking number for my "expedited" shipments. The packages then sat for another 4 days at OP before actually being picked up. 2 months and 4 calls to OP after my initial order, I received my entire order. Terrible."

"I ordered a Radian charging handle for my MPX a couple weeks ago and when I got to the checkout when you submit your order it had 2 day shipping as the default and by the price it had the cost of the shipping crosses out red and by the coupon spot it said free 2 day air so I submitted my order and they ended up charging me the 2 day shipping price and when I called I was on hold every time for about 15 minutes before I’d just hang up. Then when I emailed they emailed back a couple days later and said my charging handle didn’t qualify for free 2 day shipping. I didn’t need it in a hurry or anything but if you have it already on my checkout screen for free I’ll do it and it still to 5 days to get to me. "
