"Placed order for an item with the same item number as the manufacturer. What I received was not the correct unit. I called and went in circles with the rep on the phone over the model number to the point where I hung up. The person couldn't grasp there was an "S" in the middle of the sku and the one I received didn't have this (wrong model, different features). I emailed in with the issue, I tried to attach pictures of what I ordered on the website, the manufactures website sku, what was on the invoice, and the actual package. But the submission forms needed the size of the photos to be thumbnail size where you couldn't see the details. I was contacted 24 hours later saying they would look into it.
3 days later I received info on sending the incorrect item back into them with an RMA number and prepaid shipping label. The instructions said once they receive it (in about 5 days) they will inspect it and this can take up to 10 business days (AKA 2 weeks).
This is one hell of a headache and poor customer service over a $20 item. Going to be returning my entire $200 and shopping with a company that takes care of it's customers."

"Well, I have been an OpticsPlanet customer for many years now and have had nothing but a great experience. When I ordered this trigger, they accidentally sent me the wrong trigger. When I called them they were very apologetic and quickly walked me through a super easy return. They confirmed receipt of the incorrect trigger when the got it back, then kept me updated throughout the process of getting the correct trigger shipped out to me asap.
