" I ordered on a Friday evening from OpticsPlanet “my last order”. I chose the wrong parts and I put the right ones in my cart.Which were the same things but about $50 cheaper. So I emailed customer service two Times On Friday night. Which I thought would be plenty of time; come befor Monday when the order would be shipped out. 12 something PM Monday afternoon I get an email from dude in customer service letting me know it was too late to make any changes And the shipment had already been sent out. 12 PM would’ve of made it 3 o’clock Central time I live in Alaska. I did not have time to go through the rigmarole to return what they had sent. Last year I discovered OpticsPlanet and did a good bit of business with them in the short period of time. I will be keeping to Brownellls and other suppliers that Great customer service. This actually is a problem with their customer service and their Online Ordering format. You can’t cancel an order or change it a couple minutes after you press confirm? "

"I bought a 9mm mag pump here and unit broke the first time I used it. Now I know warranty is a manufacturer thing, so I reached out on the mag pump web sight that was a week ago no response. I emailed OpticsPlanet and ask if there was any way they could help me. They sent me a copy of there return policy witch makes it quit clear they will not take back broken items. OK I get it. A personal response with an idea of what I could do about the problem would have been nice. That being said and even thought I might be out the money I would still recommend this sight. The priority must be via elderly with a walker, walking from shipping points... I show the package shipped the 29 of January 2019... "Even though I contacted BURRIS to ensure the original rings(medium height) would be high enough for the NIKON optic also purchased from OP, they weren't. I was traveling over the Xmas/New Year holiday so I shipped TO my travel destination; AZ. When I returned home contacted OP Customer Service & they promptly e-mailed pre-payed shipping label. THIS IS WHERE THINGS TURN BAD QUICKLY: shipping label had my destination address, I crossed out & stamped home address & shipped bases back to OP. SEVERAL DAYS LATER get e-mail higher bases HAD been shipped to AZ. Called OP TWICE, on hold for long time, left call back # both times, no one calls back. Then I find Debit card billed for shipping, no one called for authorization. Doesn't matter cause parts had already been shipped & OP Customer NO Service doesn't answer phone calls or make callbacks. Doesn't matter cause I'm just one of hundred million fishes in the sea. Doesn't matter cause I'll spend my hobby monies elsewhere. HAVE A NICE DAY. "

"I ordered a stock weeks ago and still have not received it. Customer service won't tell me anything but the tracking number. And that shows a package in permanent "in transit"... optics planet has good prices on gear. But the worst shipping time of any company I have ever delt with. I will pay the extra next time to a different company that actually cares about there customers receiving there order promptly. I knew this because I've waited weeks before on OP to ship. Thought I'd try again and see if they did better. Nope. Still slow"
