"For Christmas, I bought my husband a scope that he really wanted. I gave it to him for Christmas and he loved it, he sited it in and it stopped working. So we contacted OpticsPlanet and they sent us instructions to return. We told them we wanted an even exchange. Just send the same exact one. We didn’t want anything different. They took it upon themselves to send us a different one. The one I bought my husband came with a free battery pack and pouch, but the one they sent us did not. So I contacted them and asked them to send me the battery pack that was supposed to come with my scope. They emailed me a number of times acting like they had no idea what I was talking about. Finally, they did some investigating and said, I’m sorry, the manufacturer said that the scope you got doesn’t come with the battery pack and basically told me I’m out of luck. I know a battery pack doesn’t cost that much, but that’s not the point. I’m very disappointed in this company and won’t be shopping here again. "
