"I ordered their standard business cards and they got shipped pretty fast. The reason I didnt give them 5 stars was because they got damaged enroute by FedEx and my order sat in Kansas for 5 business days before I finally checked the tracking number and called overnightprints. They should have a way of following through with orders until the customer receives it IMO. Nevertheless, I called and they reordered them promptly. "

"My first order was printed incorrectly due to a file error that was my mistake. No one caught it at the plant, and it shipped wrong. When I placed the reorder with the corrected file, I tried repeatedly to establish a line of communication with customer service to expedite the reorder or at the very least stay apprised of the progress. I was very unhappy with the lack of response by the customer service staff, both via e-mail, online chat and phone. I did successfully get them to add an extra quality control check to the order where an error was discovered and the order had to be run again. I paid for expedited shipping and the ship date was missed by almost a week. Trying to obtain a refund for the expensive expedited shipping upcharge I had already paid has been a hassle. I will never order from them again."

The cards I ordered arrived at least a week earlier than expected, very good quality. I am printing promotional material for a fine art show with postcard reproductions of my oil paintings which I would consider to be difficult to print well. The quality of the color and detail is really good, I held the postcard up to my original painting and was amazed.
