"Overnight prints has poor quality control on their cutting. Digital run business cards (which is almost always the smaller quantities) are never cut centered. In fact you can almost always count on them being cut off-center by 1/16"-1/8". For some reason they manage to cut the larger quantity orders (probably printed on their offset press) fairly straight. Having spoken with them previously about this I was told that that was within their margin of error and that they can not guarantee centered cutting. Really?? you want me to recommend a printer that can't even manage to center cut a business card? Never going to happen.
The only reason we used them was because we didn't have time to source them else where before an event. We will not be going back to them in the future. Its too bad because the print quality was pretty good and the spot-UV came out nice. But nice printing is completely ruined by the crappy cutting!"
