"I paid a lot of money to have my prints shipped overnight. They did not arrive until 2 days after. I understand that there was a weather problem and I was offered a $10 refund. However our timing to get the cards out was ruined and I would have just printed them locally for the same amount of money. The company should have a warning system in place to alert that paying for overnight probably won't happen. Also, after reading reviews of this company I was upset that I chose them in the first place."
"Print quality was great, just as expected. However, the bookmarks were cut incorrectly and there was a white line around one edge, even though the directions were followed exactly."
"everything was delivered exactly when promised."
"I was unhappy with the quality of my order and their customer service was less than satisfactory in helping trying to work with me. They made it seem like I had too high of expectations and this day in age that is the last thing I think a company should be portraying to their customers."
"postcards were perfect and arrived quicker than promised. Even got a few extra!"
"The website is a little confusing to get pictures loaded to the right size. I had my pictures created at the actual size that I wanted printed and they needed it a little bigger to account for loss when cutting the pictures. They also needed quite a border around your info so that nothing was lost during the cutting."
"Several of the cards had blurred greetings which made them useless. And I don't mean just a couple."
"I ordered 8 different greeting cards. Four came back unscored. It took several calls/emails to rectify. Then, I discovered the order for two of the remaining cards was shorted. I ordered 20, received 15. I just sent in the service request and don't know if I'll receive the remainder of the order.
Even with this, I doubt I'll reorder from overnight prints. The inability to print to RGB makes my cards look washed out. I love the quality of the paper, but the color is inferior. Sorry, I hoped it would be different this time. I've referred others to you in the past, but won't continue based on the last few orders."
"I love the service I get from Overnight Prints -- I can rely on a great result -- even if there's a problem, you are excellent in responding. Thanks!"
"I am an artist that has many items printed that I resell including bookmarks, notecards and postcards. Though my current printer (Nextdayflyers) was fabulous... they did not have a loyalty program like Overnight Prints. So after I received there printing samples (which arrived packaged well and printed well) I decided to give them a try. I made three orders with them in a month. WHAT A MISTAKE. First order... postcards and notecards came poorly packaged. The postcards were miss-printed and warped. Second order... I ordered 2000 notecards. 30+ cards were damaged due to poor packaging and the sent me only 750 wrong sized envelopes. After a 35 minute wait on the phone... I finally got to talk to manager Bree. She was not only RUDE but said that she cannot do anything about the damage to the notecards and postcards... even after I emailed them photos of the damage. She did say that she will resend me the 2000 envelopes that I was to get in the first place. Well... received the envelopes yesterday and I am still 100 short. I am still waiting on my final order with them and dread what I will get.
If you want poorly packaged items that result in shipping damaged... wrong count on ordered items... long wait to talk to customer service... and once connected to customer service rude conversations with a manager.. this is the company for you!
If you are looking for properly packaged items, nice and quick customer service and 100% happy experience... I would do business with Nextdayflyers or GotPrint. They may be a little more money without the loyalty discount ... but keep in mind you cheaper is not always better. You get what you pay for!"
"problem was handled quickly and delivery was made by the original delivery date. "
"I was told this business card order could not filled be filled because I had a 'full bleed'. When I put the order on hold and tried to use one of my business card uploads from earlier in the year that were filled with no problem, I couldn't, because suddenly they had a 'full bleed' too. Really? How?
I received a response by e-mail but think I should have received a call on this type of issue. Don't you guys have customer service? The e-mail I received provided instructions that I already had, and that were on your site when my order is placed the first time.
I do NOT expect my credit card to be charged and if it has been, I want a FULL refund. This experience held no value at all!"
"Great service, whenever a problem (which sometimes happens in printing), they are quick to respond."
"My order was 5 days late. I ordered 100 cards Christmas cards and only received 50. I have used Overnightprints.com many times and have always been satisfied, but I will question using them again."
"I have ordered thousands and thousands of dollars of printing and supposedly, have "VIP" status. All that really means is a discount (albeit, a good one). I had my first issue in many years with them, with one item (1000 cards - $39.95) having printing issues (all cards were smudged). It took several days, several sarcastic emails from staff, and much headache to get the order reprinted. One agent even suggested I fan out all 1000 cards and take a picture of all of them. Then, I tried to call the "VIP Support" number and got a voice mail - 4 times. This is the number that is supposed to be direct for VIPs. I asked for a return call and received none. Additionally, I requested a manager call me - several times - and never got a call. One week after the issue was reported, the cards finally re-shipped. But this was HORRIBLE customer service. "
