"I order Business Cards from them all the time and they are great. I have ordered the 8.5 X 11 brochures twice now. Both times they are not banded together and there is no padding in a box that is way to big so the corners of the brochures are always damaged. I will not buy these from the again. "
"WORST COMPANY EVER! I placed my order three weeks ago, supposed to receive it a week ago (paid for updated shipping) and after 3 unreturned emails and then being on hold yesterday for literally 180 minutes - they told me sorry it is late, they will overnight it. But it never came today and I just got an automated email this evening with tracking info and when I clicked on it, it is now not getting here for another week!!! so a month after I ordered it, and AFTER my event I needed them for. They don't answer emails, they don't answer the phone and after holding 3 hours, they lied to me, probably just to get me off the phone. The only reason I ordered from them a second time is they messed up my last order and I had a store credit. WHAT A MISTAKE> WORST COMPANY EVERR!!!!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and FRAUD!"
"When I had problems loading my file I called and emailed and received no help. I also wanted the corners of the card round and they came square. On a previous order I was told that a "person" would visually review the cards. I received 250 BLANK cards. The guy most have been blind."

Website states two different things in on two different pages - the main page states I paid for 3 Day Select, while the receipt page says I didn't. My receipt, and the amount I ACTUALLY paid, shows I DID pay for 3 Day Select. I've contacted Overnight Prints about the issue (via email), but still haven't heard back from them. Considering changing vendors after this."
"Prices were great and it was delivered faster than expected. However I didn't feel the quality was that great. You can see some banding in the colored areas. The samples I saw were much nicer. Maybe I should have gotten the gloss finish and not matte."
"Normally a very satisfied repeat customer. When attempting to simply reorder my standard order, the website would not allow me to do so and I then had to use the 800 number. Overnite was unable to take my order over the phone and instead had to download my existing file for me to then upload to them again. Simply taking my order over the phone would have made me a happier customer."
"Horrible, horrible, horrible. Customer service is a joke. I have ordered several times and have not had a problem until this last order. Waited over an hour on hold just to talk to someone. I am a professional graphic artist so this is my job and I work with many different printing companies depending on my clients need. Overnight Prints has gone severely downhill over the last year. I submitted a postcard to print using their specifications and they kept saying it was outside the safe line. I then had the same artwork quoted by 3 other printing companies and all said the specs were spot on. Will NEVER order from this awful company again and will tell as many people as I can not to also. "
