Since receiving the order, half of which was poorly printed, I have not been able to reach anyone either by phone or by email. It's difficult to consider calling customer service, because the last several times I called, I was on hold for anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour. Literally. Though I have had excellent experiences in the past, this one incident may lead me to reconsider my printing choices next time. "

"I ordered 250 business cards from Overnightprint.com on Thursday, December 5th, 2013 around 3:00 PM and paid $33.06 for “RUSH B.I.T.G.I.T.™” shipping, to insure that the cards would arrive on Friday, December 6th, 2013.
After not having received the business cards on Friday, December 6th, I called the company on Saturday, December 7th, 2013 and the representative stated that my order had been just been shipped that day (Saturday, December 7th, 2013). Therefore the order was only sent a day after it was due to arrive, and 2 days after it was supposed to be shipped. My order did not arrive until Monday, December 9th, 2013.
I ordered my business cards from Overnightprint.com specifically because I needed them the next day and their website promises “Overnight Prints stands alone in the industry when it comes to delivery. Delivery dates are offered based on our cutoff time of 5 pm PST. Simply select the available date of delivery and we will get this order to you on that date. So, if you need it tomorrow, select tomorrow’s date to receive your order.” - Overnightprints.com. I would not have requested “Rush B.I.T.G.I.T.™” shipping if I did not need it for the next day. If I had known that the cards would not be delivered on time I would have used the standard shipping or, most likely, a different company altogether. Since I did not receive the product on the day I paid to receive it, I do not see why I should have to pay for “Rush B.I.T.G.I.T.™” at all.
When calling the company I waited on hold for at least an hour and a half being transferred to 4 different employees, all of whom told me that they would only be able to refund $10 of the $33.06 that I paid in order to receive my shipment on time. I requested to speak with a supervisor and was told that that would not be possible and that the final offer would be compensation for half of the “RUSH B.I.T.G.I.T.™” shipping and a 15% store credit for my next purchase.
I would like to deduct $33.06 from my total purchase of $56.34, I essentially paid for a service that I did not receive.
