"I WAS a loyal OvernightPrints customer for years. On my most recent order, they failed to deliver (and this was NOT the first time). I created cards for a regular client on the 2nd of December, which where to be delivered "no later than" the 11th. On the 12th, I called to find out what the issue was. They claimed that there was a "problem with processing the order". They also claimed they had sent me emails (which I never received, I file ALL for business purposes). On my call they said they would fix the problem on their end and 5 days later – nothing. So I called back again, today, after looking at My Account and seeing that it was still in production, and my clients' cards are 3 weeks late due to OvernightPrints failure to follow through. Needless to say, I won't be using OvernightPrints services any longer as they may have cost me a client due to their negligence. Oh, and OP appears to have a "new policy" that due to any error, they will not expedite any order under any circumstances. Unexceptable service!!!!"
"Overnight print had production and software issues and never notified me of either. I am still waiting for the order that was due week ago.
I am platnium member and they never had the respect or customer service to let me know there was a major delay in my delivery."
"I'm a graphic designer for multiple clients. I place many print orders a day.
I have to say it was quite disappointing to receive this print order that had so many errors. It's as if, there is no quality check before they go out the door.
I get that part of what you offer is a great product at a discount price and that may not allow for a quality check.
If that is true, then as a reseller of your products, it would be great if there was an immediate solution for your printing errors.
My reprint request felt cumbersome, took a lot of my client's time to take photos, etc., and then a long wait until they arrived.
Most print products are time sensitive.
I'd appreciate it if there was an immediate response of "Let's get that reprinted for you asap," from your end for resellers of your products.
This experience all makes me tentative about using overnightprints for future print products.

"I will not be using Overnight Prints again. The name implies false advertising. Both times I've ordered through them the delivery of my prints have been late. As a designer, I can't allow that. It's unacceptable.
In this past instance, my prints came a week and a half late. I actually paid extra on shipping so that I could get it in a few days. I tried calling and a number of times but was put on hold upwards of 30 minutes to an hour. I tried emailing which they had a very slow response in getting back to me a few days later.
On top of all of that, they only reimbursed my shipping costs and when the prints came, some of them were printed completely off.
They have lost my business. Customer service was terrible, the process took unacceptably long, and the prints were unprofessional."
"I ordered postcards, and the printing was ok, but the edges were cut unevenly/crookedly. When you looked at the postcards, it was clear that they were not square. Icky.
I also never received the sample pack I ordered. Boo."
"I ordered my prints to receive them for a show i was doing. The prints were not printed so i called to find out what happened. The person said they were having issues with the printer but gave me a discount on the shipping and told me i would get them by wednesday before i left for the show. There was another error and they didn't ship until friday. i still haven't received them and didn't have them for the show like i ordered."

"I was a repeat customer, after this experience i will not use this company again. My order was placed on Nov 28th with an anticipated delivery on Dec 6th. I checked status on Dec 6th to find it still listed as "In Production". I called to inquire about the status, and was told it had been stuck in a bin. I should expect it to be delivered by the 11th. On the 11th I received an email stating that there was an internal print error and the cards would have to be reprinted. I attempting multiple phone calls and email communications with out response regarding this. As of today, we are expected to receive the cards on the 18th. No effort to upgrade shipping or communication from this company beyond automated emails. This will be the last time I use this horrid service."
"I paid for 2 day shipping with a guarantee, the package arrived a day late putting my client in a bind, I sent an email, they gave me a credit of 52 cents. Really?
I order daily from Amazon, if something is not PERFECT they replace the entire order with next day delivery and don't even expect me to deliver to first package back to them, what a difference.
I have been a very loyal OP customer, they made a mistake and would not own it. Very disappointing. "

"My print order was a 4 days late from the time estimated when I ordered. I was not informed of the delay nor was my customer service inquiry answered, but rather a shipping notification was sent. It seemed as if the order was printed and shelved, but not shipped until I requested it. A little disappointing. I realize it is a busy time of the year, but some form of communication regarding the delay (even updating the date on the site) and maybe a response to my customer service inquiry would go a long way to appeasing my concerns. No issue with the quality of the product just the process getting it in my hands."
