"The reflective coating was misaligned be 1/4 inch, there is a vertical smudge on the left side of the logo, and the logo printed too far to the left. In addition, their service could hardly be accurately called "overnight". It took 3 weeks for the business cards I ordered to arrive. I have tried to call customer support, but the wait time to talk to a representative was interminable. On my first attempt, I had to give up after 35 minutes. In my current attempt to reach customer support, I have been waiting for nearly 15 minutes.
Overall, this is not the kind of service or support I had hoped for."
"Terrible customer service. Be ready for hour plus wait times if something goes wrong like it did with my order. Ordered 120 8.5 x 5.5 cards and envelopes for 2 day delivery. Missed delivery by four days. They sent 10 correct envelopes and 110 letter sized envelopes??? Not sure how they could mess that up. Called two days in a row. Sent to India call center first then escalated into the black hole of customer service who never answered the phone after more than an hour on hold. Had to find envelopes elsewhere. Disputing this with CC company."

"I have been using OvernightPrints for years. 90% of the time I'm very happy. Their prints are quality and usually arrive ahead of the scheduled ship date. This last time they kept sending me emails about these awesome Cyber Monday deals. When I ordered something for an important client they were one week late and gave me no notification that it was going to arrive late. They refused to expedite shipping once the print job was finally finished. They reimbursed my shipping, but that did nothing to make my client happy. I've gone with www.gotprint.com on all of my orders since then. They lost a consistent customer's business because of this unwillingness to compromise with me to make up for their mistake. It's really a shame. "
