We had a dated event with no materials. Overnight Prints did NOT ship the items on time. Overnight Print never return our calls or email.
Received materials days later but the event was over. To me at least Overnight Print should have offered us a refund.

"I talked with a representative regarding ordering 2 mounted posters for a conference. I needed them in a relatively short period of time and she indicated with expedited shipping, they would have them delivered on time. I placed the order. When I checked on the status of the order to make sure it was being shipped to the venue, it was still processing. I tried to call and could not get through on the 800 number. The online chat was available and spoke with a gentleman who told me the posters had to be sent off site to be cut and they had just gotten them back. I was a little disgusted at the delay, but they did get the posters delivered to the venue in time for my event.
Communication is key. Let the customer know what is going on with their order."
"My business cards were printed incorrectly, not AT ALL what was in the sample provided online, and they're response to me is "Overnight Prints does not guarantees a centered cut". What???!! I wish I had know so that I would not have used them in the first place. Avoid them. There are other companies out there for this service, who I have heard would provide better all-around service."

Business cards were ordered on Oct 5th (stating they would be delivered on the 12th). I paid EXTRA to get them delivered in 3 days. Now I see that they will not be delivered until the 21st!! I needed them for the 20th. They were not shipped until the 12th (when it said they would be delivered) AND they were not sent the 3 day post as I PAID for, they were sent the slowest method possible FedEx SmartPost. I am not happy and the Customer Service Rep did NOTHING but offer a refund in shipping difference. That is not acceptable when I can no longer use these cards when I needed them for an event!"

"The Magnets were excellent - delivered very promptly. The photo enlargement were rendered nearly useless by UPS Ground who all but destroyed them. Just shameful treatment of the package by UPS. Looked like a velociraptor attacked it.
However, the Overnight Print folks made an valiant effort to replace the photo enlargements. I hope to receive the replacements soon at no cost to me other that lost opportunity costs for the purpose of the enlargements. Bad UPS ... Good Overnight Prints."
"I spend a lot of money with these guys. There is an issue with every single order - print quality and missing shipping dates. The most frustrating thing is that there customer service is completely incompetent. If you have a problem it will take at least 48 hours for them to find out what the issue is. Company is called Overnight Prints but they can't call their facility to fund out about screwup with a job. Most of the issues with our printing could have been caught ahead of time if anyone with one eye open just looked at the job before it is packaged. I call and email supervisors so they can look out for the job but it seems to cause more issues. It's October 16th and I still don't have my order that was supposed to arrive on October 2nd and no one can give me a status update. INSANE!!"
