However, the website did not specify that you'd have to sign for your business cards to be delivered. Because I was not home, my cards did not get delivered and I didn't get them in time for the event I needed them for. Had I known that, I would not have purchased the cards. I paid $35 for cards I'm never going to use."

"I ordered business cards for a last minute event, but didn't receive the cards on time as promised. I called Overnight Print before I placed the order several days prior to when I needed them. The operator who answered ensured me that if I placed the order within a certain time that they should arrive in time, otherwise they wouldn't be called Overnight Print. Needless to say on the day that I was leaving for the event I left with no cards. I checked the tracking on the eve that I was supposed to leave and they still had not left for delivery from their facility. I wouldn't recommend ordering business cards too late otherwise you may run into the same issue.
Business card quality was ok. Card print quality was clear even with small fonts, color was accurate, finish was satin as promised, but cards were cut too close to edge of design even after uploading my design via their template. Granted there is a "safe zone" to place artwork within, but it appears that the cutting went right onto the safe zone if not just past it. In my opinion I'd order from someplace else if you're in a jam for professional, quality and timely cards.
I emailed the company via their website to dispute the charges for rush delivery and it's been approximately two weeks and still haven't received any response or refund."
