"I wrote a review giving them a bad rating, but I must change it because they did contact me their email was in my spam folder. They offered to reprint my cards at no additional charge or give me a 50% discount on my next order. So for that I have to change this to excellent."

LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE

"I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with the product I received. I have received multiple complaints that the product is smudged, scuffed or even torn, seemingly all on spots of importance (dates/locations etc) which makes it very difficult. While there is to be SOME expected handling marks on the USPS side, the smudging shows that the prints were not printed on a quality printer/ not given proper dry time. Not a single person whom I have spoken to has received a nice looking product from this order.
Furthermore, there are some people who have not even received their postcard, despite being on the mailing list I submitted, and despite being sent about two weeks ago. I know they are not simply stuck in the mail, because I have a few individuals who live in the same neighborhood; one has received the card, while the other hasn't (about 4 cases of this example). I have also double checked with every one who has told me they haven't received the card, to make sure I had the proper address, and in every situation the address submitted is correct.
I am very disappointed in the product that was received, it not only makes me look bad, and is causing me great headache (I now have 97 people reaching out to me for details that could have/should have been seen on the mailed product; which is a nightmare), but is a very bad mark on Overnight Prints.

Never use Overnight Prints!!

"This is my second review after complete incompetence by Overnight Prints!

My original order was place almost two and a half months ago. I ordered sandwich business cards - I received the original order very defective and went through their silly protocol (once again - I've never received an order I did not have to request a re-print). I was assured I would receive the re-order in two weeks. Two weeks went by and still no order received - I reached out via email and phone calls and did not get a return email/call one time. Today, I finally received my re-order (month and a half later) and what do you know, same mistake plus two new mistakes!! Now, I'm going through the same SILLY process again and I'm told my order can't move to the front of production because they have too many new orders to get out!?

Worst business experience of my 10 years in business. Please, all of you, never order with this company! You will be greatly dissatisfied, let alone the amount it will effect your business - I've been without business cards for over two months and I've had countless events, meetings, etc. I'm sure all you know how unprofessional it is when a potential client ask for a business card (on multiple occasions) and you are empty handed both times - direct reflection of how our potential, future business relationship may be perceived.

Again, never, ever use Overnight Prints!!

Horrible experience

"I've always used GotPrints with great success. A new graphic designer wanted to use Overnight Prints and I agreed. They biffed two jobs. The print quality was sub-standard in a big way. I ordered post cards as a marketing tool for a three day event. When the cards arrived I noticed that all of the blue colors came back as violet and purple. I asked them to reprint and ship for two day delivery so I could meet the weekend deadline. They refused to do that saying these things happen blah blah. So, I do believe that I'll get my money back after I return the cards but that doesn't account for the cost of the design work or the cost of my time over the three day event. Additionally, the other job my designer submitted was for thick paper business cards and the golds washed out to some burnt orange color. No real explanation from Overnight Prints. Either they don't even bother to quality control their work or they just work on very low standards. Either way, I'm not impressed. As I type this, I've been on hold for over twenty minutes trying to speak to someone about it. My advice, go somewhere else."

Terrible Customer Service, Late Shipment, Incorrect Product

"First, I tried to order exactly what I received in the past. But when I inquired what that was, providing an invoice number for matching purposes, they either didn't look it up or just don't know what they are doing because they told me something I clearly did NOT have. I decided to take a chance and order something anyway since I had the art already. I ordered in March and still hadn't received the product by the end of April. I contacted customer service who informed me that they had a problem with their equipment and had to outsource the job. Thanks for letting me know in advance! He asked if I still wanted the product and I said yes as long as I could receive it within 1 week. He said ok. Week goes by, no cards. So I contact them again and I'm told I can't receive the cards until June 5th. I ask to speak to a supervisor and was told none could come to the phone (so clearly I'm not important to them) and that they could rush shipment to be received by 5/19, but that is all they could do. Well, my event is 5/12 so this is unacceptable to me - I ordered in March. They were not willing to send me another product that could print faster and inhouse so I'd have something for my event and didn't care that they weren't doing anything to help. Well, luckily I just received the product (5/9) so that is a good thing. However, the color is not right. My logo is lavender and they printed purple. Also, they wrapped them in bunches surrounded by rubber bands which left indentations on each card. So I have cards that aren't right and can't be used. I will never use Overnight Prints again!"

Quick turn around

"All 3 of my so far orders came early. And compliments on all of them for nice quality. They are almost always running a deal and the one time I had an order issue (I uploaded wrong design) they walked me through the design holding process via phone. Got my cards without a delay."

It's Only A Clever Name

"I went with this company because of their claimed ability to provide true overnight service. As with all service levels, there are limitation to which the customer needs to adhere. In this case, my time of order placement was before noon Pacific time/3pm Eastern. This was well withing their specified cutoff so, having had a long career in managing print production and logistics, I thought it should be easily doable. My overnight requirement was critical since a major business networking opportunity was happening the day after expected delivery. Since the business cards did not arrive on time, my revenue opportuynities were likely significantly diminished due to my decreased ability to share my contact information.
I contacted customer service to get a refund and all they would propose and support was the difference between overnight and two day delivery. The bottom line if if overnight delivery wasn't met, it no longer mattered how quickly the business cards arrived. I requested the refund be the difference between overnight delivery and regular priority mail. Customer service would not accept this request and continued to argue their "difference in delivery performance" position.
Needless to say, I would never use this company again and would suggest to all of my peers and colleagues that the take their business anywhere but Overnight Prints, especially if what is being ordered is business critical and delivery performance has to be absolutely reliable.

Lost a long standing customer...

"I've been a customer for many years and I'm highly disappointed at how they handled my most recent order! I am so upset! I've been doing business with them for many years. I can't believe what happened with my most recent order and how they've handled it more importantly! I have called in 3 times to speak to a rep and just for off the phone with a rep who refused to put a manager on the phone because it was after hours (even though they had me on hold To go speak to someone about whatever they had questions about). They cancelled my order!!!! Which I didn't request. I placed my order on 3/23/17, it was suppose to arrive by 4/12/17 for an important event I was attending 4/13/17. I got an email from Overnight on 4/11/17 saying my order was shipped, when I called I was told the Machine broke down and it had to be cut elsewhere, but that they will call Arizona the next morning and find out if my cards were in fact ready and shipped so I can get them for the next day. I followed up the next afternoon and the rep said he hadn't called and would get back to me. I asked for a full refund for the inconvenience and he said he could only refund the shipping and give a credit for the next order. I had to go at the time and said I would accept that but would call back to speak to a manger at a later time. I got a call 2 days later saying they could overnight my order because I needed it. It was now the day after my important event so I didn't bother calling back and figured I'd just receive the cards....a week later (today) I decide to call again and had a rep who I explained I hadn't received my card and wondered if I could get a full refund for the inconvenience. She was quiet for a while and place me on hold. Came back and explained my order was canceled and I will receive a rebate in 5-7 business days!!! I didn't request for my order to be cancelled!!!! I asked for a manager and after placing me on HOLD for the 3rd time (it was a 15 minute phone call....that just made matters worst!!!) she said no manage was available because it was afterhours! I'm livid. I've been doing business with your company for years and I don't know what is going on, but this is unexusable behavior! My order hasn't arrived a week after it was suppose to, I call to inquire and my order is canceled and can't be reversed!!! What am I suppose to do with that?!?!?! "

OVERNIGHT PRINTS - DO NOT USE

"Overnight Prints may sound like a good idea, but it is not. They recently printed a set of letterhead for me where the return address on the envelopes was on an angle. On an angle. It was very noticeable and when I called to get the problem fixed, they advised me that the defect was within their "tolerances". Our designer was astounded as was I. You get what you pay for. Their prices are cheap because their product is cheap. Your clients and customers will all agree. Pay a little more for a better product. They pay for their onsite offered reviews, so do not buy into them. "

Misprinted Business Cards, No Customer Service

"I uploaded a file, set up the business cards, double checked the preview, and everything looked exactly as it should. But when the cards arrived, they were not centered and unusable. I contacted support with a picture of the front & back of the card. They responded and said they needed pictures of 25-30 cards. So I laid out 30 cards, took more pictures, and sent them. They responded that this was not their error and that I sent in a file with the wrong dimensions. I took a screen shot from their website showing the final preview of my cards that showed a perfectly centered card and asked how they can show a proper preview but then tell me after the cards were done incorrectly that the file I sent was wrong. They did not respond. Poor customer service, and I'm out $45, my time, and I still have to go somewhere else to get my cards done."
