"Our agency started using Overnight Prints a few years ago because their prices were great and the quality rarely disappointed. Unfortunately that company has been replaced by one that consistently ships defective orders, can at times be incredibly challenging to get a prompt support response from, and frequently misses their own published delivery times. The only saving grace lately is that they at least own up to their mistakes and will reprint bad orders. However, don't expect to get the replacement order very quickly, regardless of how much you paid to have the first expedited. The product printed in Las Vegas and Tennessee(?) is probably the worst. We have had okay luck with the stuff coming from their Arizona printer. We've made several dozen orders and really only use them when circumstances afford no other options."
"Once the order placed, there was no mechanism for pausing or canceling the order.
It took several hours to get a hold of someone, despite using email, live chat, and phone.
Customer service was not open when we had to place our order for the holiday sale and there was no additional comments box on the order form. So we sent an email minutes after submitting the order as a part of that ordering process. Not only did they not read that email, but they remained unresponsive to it until we contacted them multiple times the following day when the office finally opened again.
Because they were unresponsive to all forms of communication, they went into production despite our concerns. Then they were unable to deliver on a promise that they made months earlier regarding shipping as well.
When I pointed out that their lack of a proper platform for communication and unresponsiveness were the cause of them going to production before our concerns were properly addressed, I was told it was because the production and customer service departments are not in the same location and have nothing to do with each other. When they were unwilling to take responsibility for their own bureaucracy and their own lack of staff to respond to any form of communication in a timely manner, they demonstrated an unbending insistence that their bottom line was more important than caring for the customer and addressing customer needs.
I cannot recommend, and I'm thoroughly disappointed in them, so much so that we took our work elsewhere, even though they still charged us full price."
"I was very disappointed by the quality and that the text was not as designed. The logo printed with very poor quality. Also, the text was so close to the bottom edge it looks unprofessional. I noticed this before completing my order and made adjustments to move all text up, but that change failed to make it to processing."
"Excellent print job...I could not be happier then when I opened and saw the high class quality of the cards...."
"Everything was excellent. Service was stellar, business cards were perfect...on time, could not have asked for more.
I have been using their service for about 5 years or more, now, and they have never let me down!
Kudos to Overnightprints!

"I've just received the Christmas cards I ordered and the inside is printed upside down. My pdf is correct and my preview of the order was correct. Unfortunately, customer service is closed so I will have to address it tomorrow. Hopefully they will tend to it timely. The other items I ordered are printed correctly, but some are printed digitally and some are printed on an offset press. The quality difference is apparent and makes our brand look inconsistent. This happened on our last order too. In past years I was able to request offset, but am told that is not allowed now. That being said, I would expect them to be consistent on the same order, especially in the last case when 1/2 the quantity on the same order of the same card was split between digital and offset print. This means we have to take care of where we use the cards so customers don't comment on the inconsistency. In prior years I have been very satisfied with their quality and pricing; I hope they are able to restore that quality soon. "
"Overnight prints sent the wrong letterhead by the expedited ship date I requested. After waiting on hold for 40 minutes to talk with customer service, I was promised a reprint by a specific date. They missed the reprint date. At that time, I requested a refund. They ignored by request for a refund although the reprint had still not been produced. They have subsequently provided two new delivery dates which they missed. I still have yet to receive the letterhead. Call wait times are long and trying to communicate via chat is impossible as they are so busy that your chat is cut off due to being idle on their end. Customer service is horrific and product delivery is not reliable. I will look elsewhere next time."
"We created 250 custom photo Christmas cards that folds in the middle and insert into a red envelope for less than it would have cost us to buy only 100 not custom cards. They are really professional looking also---I've not even got them mailed out and everyone who visits the house and sees them wants one-they're so fun that a friend of a friend (who doesn't even know us) wants one :)"
"This is my second order of Business Cards, many times I get comments about the design, material and style.. Unusual and catchy "
""When it absolutely, positively has to be there tomorrow, Overnightprints.com will get it there in two days!"
Ordered business cards Monday from Overnightprints.com. keep in mind these are cards I needed just for this one particular conference. Their super attractive pricing wasn't nearly so great when I added rush shipping. Leaving for the trip Friday morning, I chose two day shipping for $30 because the delivery date was Thursday. Next day would have given me a day to spare, but $50 for shipping two right dollar boxes of cards was more than I could get my head around.
When UPS tracking showed that the package was scheduled to arrive Friday instead of Thursday, I contacted customer service to inform then of the situation and suggest ways they might still be able to get me the rush cards when I needed them. They declined to help, and took no responsibility for their error.
To their credit?, they offered to refund me the difference in shipping costs. Difference between what??? Between two day air and something that would have actually gotten the cards to me in two days?? Or between two day air and getting the order uselessly and worthlessly late???
I wish I could tell you about their quality. I guess I'll let you know in a week when I get back home."
"My order was originally scheduled to be delivered on 11/23/18. Of course, I did not receive my order on that date. No one even called me initially to say that there was a problem with the order. No messages were communicated in the back office. I did the reaching out to the company. It took over an hour and a half for someone to get on the line. When they came on, they had very limited information on my order and so I requested for a manager to call me. I also used the chat option online and they informed me that there was an apparent quality control problem with my order and no one would be able to address until Monday (11/28/16).
Someone called on Friday to say that they heard about my issue and that someone would reach out on Monday. Of course, I did the reaching out again. I got a representative on the phone and she assured me that my order was being printed and shipped out for the next day.
After waiting patiently to receive my long overdue order, the shipment finally came in. I ordered 50 books. 41 books were good and 12 were bad (a couple of extras were thrown in). The bad books had pages stuck together and two or three pages of the cover in one book.
Of course, I called again and emailed the service department with pictures of my order. they never responded to my emails. So I called again and it took someone two hours to get on the phone. The last representative I spoke to made sure my order was corrected and I got a new shipment (12/1/16) to replace the books that were messed up.
They sent the corrected books but the color was extremely faded. They did offer me a full credit to order some more books. So now I await those books. This process was very tedious and I felt like the company really lacked in customer service. S/N: They did refund the shipping costs.
If you use this company, the pricing is great. It's almost too good to be true. However, be prepared for a delay in customer service and your product potentially being messed up. They will fix it but after you go through a very trying process.
UPDATE: I just got a new shipment on the books that were faded and now the pages are out of sequence. THIS IS SIMPLY horrible. No other way to explain it.

"I don't know if I am just dense, but when the expected delivery was noted, after I paid for expediting, as 11/21/16, I expected the folders would be delivered that day. After that, the date just kept changing on line. I just checked and they should finally be delivered today, 12/1/16, so at least some of the same numbers were used...
I also ordered samples. Those are, according to the description, still in production. That confuses me. Shouldn't a company like this have samples ready to ship?"
"I truly appreciate how timely my business cards were delivered!! They got to me in time for the symposium I was attending a couple days later. Unfortunately, the font was so small it is quite difficult to read and therefore, I will not be using most of them."
"Always packaged to perfection! Overnightprints is my go to printing place! "
"Our xmas cards were printed incorrectly first time around, they fixed it and overnighted the corrected ones to us the next day!"
