"I have been using Overnight Prints for over ten years. One-third of my last order of postcards were misprinted. The error was within the printing machine. The colors of ink layered incorrectly and caused a double image which made the print blurry and illegible. 750 postcards of my order were unusable. Customer service admitted that the error was in printing, not in my artwork but absolutely refused to refund or reprint. Will not be continuing my business with this company."

There was an issue with the delivery address, but instead of notifying me ahead of time, they shipped it to an undeliverable address and the only way I knew about it was to log on to FedEx and track the package. When I asked them to redeliver, they made me pay for shipping again. When the bookmarks finally came, the printing was a bit off and there was a colored line on one side of the bookmark. That line did not show up in the proof.
Overall, they should have comped the shipping and while the price is right, it doesn't matter if the product is wrong."

The prints came back blurry and pages were misplaced.
I had to go through the hassle of sending a bunch of pictures to proof their mistake.
The job was reprinted and shipped overnight and guess what....came back the same way.
I had to go through the hassle of proofing their mistake again and only at the
3rd time printed, my catalog came as expected.
But my story does not end there...
Last December I decided to give them another chance and I sent the catalog to print.
I called customer service and explained what happened and ask for quality control to double check before shipping.
Needless to say, it came back with problems.
They shipped part of my job with part of someone else job, wrong paper and faded colors...I freaked out!
Again, when through the proof hassle.
They printed and overnight printed. Books came again with wrong paper and faded colors.
Will never ever ever use their services again.
