"The order was late and I had to call back in to find out what the problem was after my Owner put it on me. The team at Overnights did however pay for the shipping of the order and I received an in-store credit for the mistake.
So, I am ok and will order again because Overnight did assist with the problem.

"While I like the work quality from Overnight Prints, they could be far more efficient. Each year, I order a batch of photo calendars for holiday gifts for family and friends. This year, the order was created on 12/2/16, with delivery by 12/15/16. They didn't arrive by 12/15. Today, when I checked, they'd not even sent the order along. While they're apologetic, saying they'd get it processed and out this evening, this creates an unacceptable inconvenience. This isn't the first time they've been tardy. As mentioned, I like their quality, have ordered business cards from them for years, too. However, if they can't improve on deadlines consumers are paying for, I'll have to reconsider using them next time around. "
