"I have used Overnight Prints for many years, for myself and my clients.. The printed images have always been a little inconsistent but generally the quality and overall piece was acceptable.
I recently tried to re-order brochures and the order was rejected as having a error and put on hold... No changes were made to the files. I tried contact Over Night Prints for 3 days, calling, chat and email with no answer or response. I finally cancelled the order and resubmitted an entirely new one recreating the files with their most recent templates.. This caused the brochures and business cards to be oversaturated and washed out.
I have again tried calling with no answer. Finally Chat answered and they only will reprint the current files or give me a 50% credit. I asked for them to take the original files and reprint those.. They continue to ignore my request. I believe they are sending me the same files.
At this point I have stopped the credit card charge and have all correspondence ready to dispute the charge.
I will no longer use this company because of the lack of Customer Service."
"Good service and responsive. Good quality biz cards for the price. Sent the wrong order initially, responded quickly to error - remade cards and shipped overnight in time for my meeting at no extra charge. Card text isn't cut perfectly straight however."
"I have been a very satisfied customer of Overnight Prints in the past, primarily having them produce all of our business cards for the last 2 years. When I received this last order of cards, the print color was significantly different from earlier batches, with the primary color at least 3 shades lighter and grainy. I reached out to Overnight Prints, and they indicated that due to their "Gang Run" print process, the accuracy of color reproduction is not guaranteed, but that they warrant "pleasing color". As a Gold customer of theirs, I'm not satisfied with how my issue was handled, and am looking for another resource for future printing. "
"To be fair they had sent me an email suggesting that I remove the border on my design because shifting occurs when they cut the sheets BUT OMG! I didn't think it was going to be that bad. I mean even if I hadn't printed my postcards with the border it just came out so so crooked, as a professional designer I was so embarrassed to give those cards to my client. I ended up having to hand cut them just so that they were decent enough. My trust in their quality is just no longer there. I will be looking elsewhere for my printing needs"

"Need Business cards in a hurry? Well stay the hell away from OvernightPrints.com - what a ridiculous joke of a company.
Ordered business cards on Tuesday April 12. Get an estimate of receiving on the Thursday 14th. Don't get them. Spend 2 hours (yes 2 HOURS) on hold on the phone before giving up - spend 45 minutes on Chat before someone finally gets to me. They say they'll send it out that day.
Next day, UPS messes up delivery. Paid for overnight delivery and now they won't be available till Monday. No good because I'm going out of town for the entire week (hence why I needed the business cards).
So I demand the shipping be refunded - they'll only offer $7 to make it two day shipping. WTF? I ask to speak to the manager they promise to call me back...
The following week I'm away at this conference, when I get back I was unable to get to UPS before they shipped the cards back to this printing company.
So finally a little less than 2 weeks later I get this call from this so called manager. They want to charge me more money to ship these cards back to me. Unbelievable. I demanded a refund. They don't offer anything. What a disgrace - already called my credit card company to pull the funds.
What a **** company and I don't say that lightly."

"We have been using ONP for several years now. It was a great company with fast service.
Well that is no longer true and I WILL NEVER use them again. 2 orders in a row were late and not even shipped until I called. Then when I talked about getting it to me overnight to make up for the lateness, I was told that I would have to pay extra to make that happen. Then I asked about credit back because I had 2 orders in a row that showed up very late. I was told that I could get a refund or have the items shipped, no credit. "

"I have used Overnight Prints for years and have always had a good experience. (Except for an error one time that was promptly fixed). This time I ordered a 16" x 20" poster for a giveaway. The poster came out looking great, and was shipped in a very sturdy box.

"I ordered 2 sets of business cards. 1 for myself & another set for my field technician. We received mine but only got half the order for my technician.
I called to have them send me the other half & am still waiting. "
"I've used Overnight Prints numerous times in the past, but the service started to decline and the turnaround started to lengthen.
This last print, turned out good, but, I ordered it on April 6th with expectation of April 8th delivery (I paid $22 for expedited shipping). By April 12 I called and sat on hold forever. I called again a couple days later. I got an agent, she took my order # and had no idea what the problem was and would 'call or email' me back. I received neither. I tried the 'chat' feature and got a person, when I gave them the order# the connection mysteriously was disconnected....
The status of my project this entire time has been 'In Production'.
Today I come to work and the print is here. It is April 20th... I ordered on April 6th.
Sad to say I'll likely not use this service again, or at least with anything important. I had 8 more of the print to do and was doing one to find out how it turned out, glad I did the test run.
I should also tell you that I NEVER give poor reviews, but this really was disappointing."
"It required 4 attempts at ordering to complete the process. The instructions for uploading one's own photos/logos are confusing and my order was rejected 3x. Most irritating however is communicating with their customer service dept. Forget trying to call--I tried 4x and remained on hold for up to 30 minutes without being answered. The live chat will connect, albeit very slow--the operator would come on line and then there were up to 3 minutes of waiting to get a response to a question--but I was finally able to get resolution that way. The cards did arrive within a week of the order being accepted, and are as I wished. Given the great difficulty in communicating with them I would not recommend them and I will not order from them again."
