"We've placed several orders with Overnight Prints over the past several years. The first order was great. That was back in about 2008 when the just began or got popular. The second order was around 2014. It was horrible. It was late even though I paid for expedited shipping and the color was very far off. They refused to correct. I fought, then they finally offered a discount on the next order or reprint. When I called to reprint, they refused. Finally they offered the discount which expired before I could use it. I was stupid and ordered again b/c of their low prices. The subsequent orders have not been consistent. Once they'll come out okay and then wham, total disaster and refusal to correct. The only reason we keep going back is b/c of the low prices and ease of ordering. But the quality control has become so bad that we have to find another company. The last order was apparently sent to two different jobbers. We ordered two separate quantities of the same postcard. One set was fine, the other set was so far off center and the edges are so rough cut that we can not use them. So that means that we paid double the price for the good set! Not so much a bargain now. We contacted them and sent pictures and as usual they refused to stand behind their product. So buyer beware. This company is very inconsistent in their output and refuse to correct. They always say it is within their tolerance. Well there actual tolerance is a lot wider than industry standard. Go to your local store or find another online company that will actually stand behind their quality. Remember, if it doesn't come out right and is not usable, the low prices don't matter b/c you are actually paying a lot higher price for the few items you can use."

"I needed to order 150 save the dates cards. But I have to two orders, one for 50, and one for 100 since 150 was not an option. When I get them the pack of 100 was a total different color than the pack of 50. SUPER noticeable and I was very displeased. This was the second bad order I've received from them. I'm done ordering."

"So I ordered some business cards, when they didn't show up the day they were supposed to I just figured they would be there the next day(keep in mind their website says they will not be late like other companies). However, that was not the case. A week after the date they were supposed to show up I still haven't received them nor did they contact me to say they are running behind or anything. So I called them and their automated system said to email them and they would return the email within 24 hours. So I emailed them, four days later still no email. I messaged them on Facebook they finally respond three days later and say sorry it's on the way. Keep in mind I needed these business cards for an event that had already passed. A week later I still haven't received the card I message again on Facebook and three days later they respond and tell me they still haven't been made and that they are sorry. It wasn't till I made a complaint with the BBB that I got a refund. "
