"NOT worth the risk!!!!

I have ordered A LOT from this company. They have great prices and they offer some unique products, like mini business cards, that I love. However they have NO quality control. They are totally inconsistent. I'd say about 1/3 of my orders have to be reprinted. They will eventually reprint their mistakes, but it's time consuming and a pain. You have to send photos and return the defective products and beg. So if you are relying on having your product by a certain date, forget it. Though it will probably arrive on time at first, you'll never know if it will actually be good enough to use. And if they have to reprint it, you're left waiting. I recently had them send me a HORRIBLE batch of mini business cards, so I requested a reprint. They said they'd just refund me 50%! After telling them that wasn't good enough, they did offer to reprint my order, but said they couldn't rush the shipping, which would have made my cards really late (I was using them as favor cards for a wedding so I had a deadline!) I complained and insisted and they finally rushed them, but warned me it would only be a one time thing. Apparently it's written somewhere in their policy that they won't rush reprints faster than the original shipping. But it's not my fault they messed up! So why shouldn't they try to reprint them ASAP? So I finally receive my reprint 8 days later (isn't it called OVERNIGHT prints??) and... TERRIBLE! The cuts were way off-center. So I'm stuck and now realize that ordering from this company is NOT worth the risk. You never know what you'll get and customer service is terrible. "
