"First of all, they were using a new shipping company I had never heard of and the company attempted delivery several times, but instead of storing the package somewhere I could pick it up (like ALL other delivery services do), they just returned to sender!! This meant I did not get the cards in time for the event I needed them for. Then when I needed them to reship, they CHARGED me for it! So ridiculous. It wasn't a lot of money, but still...
Then, the cards are not as great quality as they were in the past. I don't think it's my imagination, but the cardstock was thin and flimsy even though I ordered the same as I always have. Not sure what happened with this company. Feeling sad. At least the customer service was responsive enough to get my order back out to me and this time they used UPS and there was no problem receiving it. "

"A simple reorder of my business cards turned into a nightmare. The cards were unreadable on both side (lines overlapping each other and other miscellaneous way-off improper design). Although they have a phone number on their website it NEVER works (ALWAYS stating higher than normal call volumes, etc. but never getting out of that loop to a live person). I engaged in multiple Chat sessions with them (waste of time) and offered to Fax them the junk cards they sent to me but they have no Fax. Hours of my life gone. I of course refused to pay and the Dispute person at Visa assured me this company will be carefully tracked for similar misfeasance."

"The delivery time was surprisingly quick. On the other hand, the printing was banded by what I can only assume to be dirty print heads. As well, the letters and design elements were fuzzy on about half the cards. This tells me the 300ppi design I sent them was well within print quality range, but someone isn't paying attention to the printer's final output. "
