"We have been a customer with Overnight Prints for over 10 years and were recently very disappointed. We our wedding photographers and needed a re-order of our business cards for an upcoming Wedding Open House. When we ordered on a Wednesday, we opted for the 'RUSH" shipping (delivery on Friday) so we would be sure to receive the cards in time for our Open House on Sunday.
Late on Friday afternoon (after no delivery), we contacted Overnight Prints and we told that our order was 'in process' and would hopefully go out on Monday. :/ We asked if there was any way they could overnight the cards so we would have them on Saturday but were told 'no' - Monday or Tuesday was the best they could do.
We certainly understand print schedules and customer service as we are self-employed and always trying to exceed our customer's expectations. Not only did we not have the cards we needed for the Open House, we weren't even given the courtesy of a 'shipping refund' or offer of compensation. If it were our company (and considering we have been long time customers), we would not only have given a shipping refund but a credit for our next order. That's just the right thing to do to keep customers happy and coming back.
We've always loved Overnight Prints but will seriously be considering other options the next time we need a print order."

We placed an order of business cards from this company. The order was placed in advance of our need to prevent running out of cards. Since we didn't open the boxes until 30 days past our order date, we did not discover the HORRIBLE quality of this order. The print was completely off center and there was a black line running across every one of the 2000 cards rendering them completely unusable. When we contacted customer service, we were told they could do nothing about THEIR error since it was over 30 days. How does the time frame effect the quality of their work?! If they had any kind of quality control, these cards should have never left their premises. Rather than them catching this obvious glaring mistake themselves, they penalize me for not opening the boxes to inspect the items before I was ready to use them. This makes no sense, but they refused to offer anything more than a discount of our next order. REALLY??!! I assured them that there would be no future order and that it is sad that companies no longer value their customers business, whom without they would have NO business. Word to the wise: don't take a chance on this company. They are a throw of the dice on the quality of their products, and don't care if they get it wrong or if you return in the future."

"I placed an order for business cards, a template I have used with several printers and have never had an issue with. They place our order on hold because it didn't have a bleed and thought the format was incorrect. It wasn't incorrect, that is what our business card is supposed to look like. So they place the order on hold for at least a day and now my delivery date was pushed back 4 days. That wasn't the shipping option I paid for. Oh - side note - when they say overnight delivery, that's not standard on their products, that comes with a $40 shipping charge. So when I contacted customer service, instead of working with a first time customer to ensure future business, they told me there is nothing they can do to help but did suggest I can upgrade my shipping option and pay more for faster delivery. Unbelievable. Needless to say these scam artists will not be getting our business ever again. Save yourself the hassle, do not use this company."

"I purchased 500 business cards and 50 magnets the cards were cut uneven cause I could not get normal cards I got the ones with the corners cut off they must have slipped on the machine that cuts them so a quarter of them weren't the actual size my magnets show them to a couple people stuck them on the refrigerator and they fell off call your company spoke to a female there she said I needed to make a video and that they have been having problems with the magnets my question to her was if you knew you were having problems why would you send them out she had nothing else to say"
