"Worse prints I have ever received from this company. The file I gave them to print was a vector illustrator file, but the prints came back all dark, totally different colors. Also the alignment of design changed every 5 prints. The worse thing is they will not give you the money back. They ask you to take 20-30 pictures so they can believe you. But they don't accept those pictures and ask you to take a better picture. You say what if I send them all back to you? They say on your own expense. They always find a way to reject your request. Even when you do that they will reject and ask for high quality pictures from high quality cameras. So now you have to buy a very expensive camera to take pictures for them to see. The quality of their papers are bad too! They want to keep your money without refund, not realizing nobody would ever work with them again! I know I don't. Period!"
"I tried this because I needed my product back quick. saying overnight is deceptive. I ordered Feb 5, its Feb 20th and I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED THEM!!!! not happy. sorry. "
"After spending thousands with them over the course of 18 months, I will NEVER do business with overnight prints again. I ordered two sets of 8 page brochures. They arrived 3 days later than the "estimated delivery date". They switched the covers! The wrong covers were on the wrong interiors. I had 200 useless brochures that didn't make sense.
I called support. They had an attitude. I emailed and called again. First the said send 15 spread out. I did so. Then they said they need 30. So I sent them that. FINALLY they acknowledged the mistake and offered a reprint. When the reprinted brochures arrived, there were only 20 of one version and 55 of the other! Still short 125 brochures that I PAID for. Called and emailed again, they said the will notate the account and look into it. The next day they email offering me 50% store credit!! So I responded with this:
"What!? No. I would like you to send what I PAID FOR. I spoke with a rep last night and that was not what he stated. Again, why can't I get what I PAID for?
Are you going out of business????"

BEWARE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE CLOWNS. THEY HAVE A DECENT WEBSITE, BUT THAT'S ABOUT IT. PERHAPS THEY ARE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS....."

"We placed an order for our museum for custom magnets for an event. We ordered them early in the week and chose a shipping option that would have our product to us well before the event. The day they were estimated to arrive, I checked our order status and it still said they were in production, so I called and spoke to someone. My experience started out great - he apologized for the delay in production and even called the production facility to check on the order, since I told him that we needed the product for an event that weekend. After speaking with the production facility, he told me that they were finished and being shipped THAT NIGHT and would arrive at our museum the next day. His words were "The only thing that could delay the order at this point is the shipper, since that is not our company." The next day (Friday,) I called to check in, and our order was still sitting in the production line, not packed, not shipped. I was told I would not receive the magnets until Monday - the day AFTER our event. I explained that this was unacceptable and asked them to please overnight the order for delivery on Saturday. I was told that they couldn't do that because their shipping agencies (FedEx and UPS) don't deliver on the weekends??? I'm sure you understand my confusion at that statement.
We attempted to cancel the order so that we could request a refund, since this product was not longer going to be of use to us AFTER the event we needed them for. They refunded our shipping cost but refused to refund the cost of the product itself. I spoke with multiple supervisors. One told us she would review correspondence and get back to us with a decision, and never called back. The next "supervisor" seemed to try to help the situation, but was "unable" to do anything. Every person I spoke with admitted that it was their company's fault that this order was delayed, but they did NOTHING to try to resolve this situation for their customer. I have never had such a horrible customer service experience. "

"After the fact, I found that I could have 4000 rack cards, matte on both sides for $238.00 which is even less than my gold cost, which is a little upsetting as i am still waiting for these cards for at least 3 weeks with a cost of shipping also."
