WHEN I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY SENT ME TWO OF THE SAME LABELS TO RETURN THESE RUGS. AFTER 2 WEEKS I CONTACTED OVERSTOCK, BECAUSE THERE WAS NO ECHO OF MY MONEY BACK. THEY SAID THAT THEY DID NOT RECEIVED RUG ONLY THE RUNNER! ONE GIRL FROM THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TRIED TO HELP BUT SHE WAS IMMEDIATELY PULLED AWAY. I GOT THE ANSWER THAT NO UPS PICKS UP ANYTHING WITH THE SAME LABEL. EVEN THOUGH UPS WAS WILLING TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER , OVERSTOCK DID NOT WANTED TO COOPERATE. MY E-MAIL IN RESPONSE TO THEIR RUDE AND HUMILIATING RESPONSE WAS COMING BACK. THEY BLACK ANY RESPONSE OR PETITIONS FROM ME. I LOST MY MONEY AND WOULD NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. AND I AM WARNING EVERYONE ! THIS CROOKS SHOULD NOT EXIST AND BE SUPPORTED IN ANY WAY. "

"Overstock where my 50 bucks?

As I traveling alot I got three permanent address, New Jersey, Thailand-Rayong, Moscow.

I tried to make order to my NJ address and first they accept it, charged money, but later canceled this order by reason that no US issued Master Card.(by the way Master Card is American company)
It wasn't one million $$$ order, just jeans and shorts, 47 bucks or something.
First I didn't worry about, support said 72 hours to unblock, ok. After 72 hours gone support wrote me that they need contact my bank and it takes 10 days. Order was canceled 20 April, today is 1 May and nothing is change.
As I guess by next step they'll send special mission to Kremlin to resolve this heavy case about 50 bucks and it takes next few months.
Couple days ago I called to my bank support to ask can they do something, but as I understand if overstock got your money you can forget about.

This not US issued Master Card, issued by SBERBANK (Saving Bank of Russia) est. 1841, main bank shareholder is government, one and only bank which worked with population even in Soviet time. I prefer to use this bank for many years and keep their two Master cards now.
This cards was used dozens and dozens times for payments in many different places in the world.

P.s. And they got funny international delivery option, as I guess their sistership company with fantastic prices, your 50$ order with jeans and shorts they are ready send to Moscow and will charge "only" 60$ for delivery, fantastic offer guys! Congratulations!

"I've spent thousands of dollars with this company over the past year...bought all my furniture for my new place from them, and a lot of clothes, shoes, and jewelry. You would think that a company would value a customer like that...not Overstock. As soon as there's a problem with a shipment, they don't want to deal with you. I received a pair of heels in the wrong color not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES. Each time, I had to call Customer Service for a return label, drive to UPS to drop off the return, and wait for the the replacement to arrive. Three weeks after my initial order I received the wrong color for the third time and Overstock could not care less. I asked to speak to a supervisor and got a miserable jerk named Robert who told me "What can I do, ma'am? I can't make it happen any faster." Well, Overstock, what you SHOULD have done (what I would have done for a customer of my business) is tell me to keep the pair in the wrong color for my trouble, and the correct one is on it's way. The plastic interlocking parts of the tiles were either already broken when they arrived or broke off while the tiles were removed from the box.

"Ordered a dog gate from Overstock.com at approx. 9pm on a Sunday evening. There price was better than most other sellers. However I decided I wanted to see the gate before purchasing. I was aware that Petco sold the same gate (due to my search for the best price). At 12pm I tried to cancel the order assuming that since it had not even been 5 hours, AND SUNDAY NIGHT that it should be NO problem. Wrong the order had already been processed?? I initiated a chat with a Overstock.com rep "Anderson" who assured me a return label would be shipped in the invoice and that processing and shipping is expedited for customer satisfaction. I was pleased with this, it was my impulsive mistake. However the package arrived today, Damaged and surprise NO return label. The invoice contained instructions on how to return items. Upon following instructions I went into "order Issues" and next to the order number it states "NOT RETURNABLE" I have initiated a line of communication regarding this issue, and will post my results."
