If I could give them zero stars, I would!

"Purchased an Imac last year, works great, so I purchased another last week. Great deal!! $187!!! A week later got an email that it was no longer available. Called and got the exact SAME computer for $274 - asked for a discount for my trouble and got $25 off, so total of $249. Great! Three days later got an email that THAT computer was no longer available, but they had one for $274 that they could sell me. I called AGAIN and said "What's up???" Unfortunately, we use a third party, and they don't have that computer any more. Okay, do you have ANYTHING I can buy that is actually in stock - this has been going on for over a week and I really need a computer! I'll check.....yes, we do have one for $453 (approximately 2-1/2 times the original price) FOR THE EXACT SAME COMPUTER! I don't know if this 3rd party they get their computers from is new, but I will NEVER buy (or try to buy) from them again!!!!"

Three Out of Five Were Defective

"I first purchased three desktop computers; they were rapped in plastic, but placed on bottom of the shipping box with bubble rap filler. The first loaded OS and worked fine, and figured all was well, so I purchased two tape drives and one notebook. Then going back to the desktops, the next two had hard-drives not secured, and one hard-drive is defective. Looking at them closer, they all were filthy inside; no effort was made to blow the dust out, and the third has cable damage that I had to repair. The next order arrived minus a tape-drive they say did not work; both did not work for me. The tape drive was set aside, and I'm still trying to load an OS in the notebook that came with a defective hard-drive.

Now, they emailed me a label to return the computer that I repaired and cleaned, that only needs a working hard-drive and expect me to buy bubble rap so I can properly pack it. I am not a business! I am a hard working blue collar guy that does not have the time to take off from work to return a whole computer, that I REPAIRED AND CLEANED, let alone the next two purchases that don't work.

"Lindsay was extremely helpful. I bought the wrong monitor from them originally and had to return and order the correct one. She was walked me through it and made it very easy. I would recommend them. You get what is advertised. My order was delivered very quickly. "

My "go to" for old-school business desktops

"I just ordered a system over the phone from Richard, who saved me some $ over even the already great online price.
I've ordered multiple PCs from PCLiquidations.
I run a small office with them - and have supplied a few family and friends with the basics for their small offices as well. My engineer brother in law runs his home-hobby CNC/milling machine with a desktop refurb from PCLiquidations that I gave him for a Christmas present!
One order was damaged in shipping -- the return/exchange was as hassle-free as you could ask for.
Upgrades - like a solid state hard drive - are easy and quick, and incredibly cost-effective.
They answer phones with live representatives.
Highly recommended.

Grow a beard while waiting

"Ordered a refurbished AT&T phone from their website on 01/29/2018 selected expedited 3 day shipping and paid with PayPal. Did not receive a tracking number and called 01/31/2018 to inquire on the status. The friendly customer service lady explained that they would have to test the phone to make sure it was in working order. Duh, if you put it on your site for sale, one might assume it is. Today 02/01/2018 I received an e-mail from PCL, titled "Great news, your order has shipped. At 3PM UPS shows that a label was created but the item has yet to arrive at their facility.
I would have cancelled the order through PayPal, but am sort of between a rock and a hard place. The phone I bought replaces an identical one that after 25 years gave out its life a week ago. And here lies the problem: I'm hearing impaired and this is the only phone with a good enough sound quality that enables me to hear. It's hard to believe, that today's technology cannot produce a speaker that rivals or exceeds a retro piece of equipment.
Well, we'll see what arrives in the next few days and I will post an update, hopefully with a better rating.
And here is the rest of the story. This morning (02/05/2018) I received a call from PCLiquidators and was offered a refund of the paid shipping cost. This indicates to me, that the shipping delay is an unfortunate exception and not their norm.
UPS delivered the phone this afternoon in excellent condition. The box arrived undamaged, the contents were securely packed in shrink-rap and protected with bubble wrap.
Even though it was a "C" rated refurbished item it was, minus a few scratches, in pristine condition. All functions worked, I am able again to make and receive phone calls, the caller ID is easy to read and volume for ringer and the speaker phone is adjustable to my requirements.
Thanks PCLiquidators you've made my day. However, the bad rating of my prior post could have been avoided with a little better communication or a comment on your site.
In light of today's development, I upgraded my original 1 Star review to a 5 Star rating.

Responsive, straight forward, and eager to resolve problems

"I have made several purchases from this merchant over a period of time and I can say that I am quite satisfied in
dealing with them. My last purchase was a Fujitsu laptop which I agreed to purchase even though it was marked grade C.
I was quite surprised how good the condition and functioning of this piece of equipment was when it arrived. As usual, they shrink wrapped and packed the equipment very carefully and sent it to me on time. On one occasion in the past, I had to return and exchange a piece of equipment that came with a minor problem-probably caused by the shipper-and was able to do it without any problem at all.

I have dealt with other merchants selling this type of hardware only to be frustrated because they list a myriad of equipment that they don't really have and ended up sending me merchandise that I did not ordered.

No such thing with this merchant I find them to be professionals who understand the value of a customer.

Could have been better... Could have been worse.

"Bought a "Grade A" monitor, received it in a week (despite the fact that it shipped from a city that is 8hrs away from mine), and it didn't work. Customer service was quite helpful in sending me a replacement. However, just got the "Grade B" (yes, I received a discount) and it's trashed! Most likely UPS's fault, but the box was all smashed in and the screen was destroyed.

Now, I can't blame PCL for mistakes that UPS made, but who ships a monitor without some marking on the box that conveys it's fragile contents?! Especially after sending me a broken monitor!

I will say, the level of customer service deserves a five star rating. Anyone I spoke with was very polite, prompt in response, and quite helpful. It also seems that they have taken my issues to heart and are looking into resolving them so that it doesn't happen again; to me or anyone else.
