I ordered over the weekend, and when I checked status Monday morning they were still clearing my credit card. That is fine.
About two hours later my account status showed the item I ordered was back-ordered. Well, things happen I guess.

The only thing I found discouraging was that not one time during this whole process did I ever receive an email. Not even an initial order confirmation or a thank you, welcome to our website.

I thought sending out email to customers was essentially an automated process.
