"The price was good, but customer care does not respond to emails. The order was stated as "Shipped complete" on the website but it actually took two more days to actually ship the product out. There were no automated mails about the order status or about the order being shipped when it shipped. I had to explicitly ask for the shipment tracking information and get it much later. Overall, PCNation lacks in responsiveness, communication and promptness."
