"If a product is not available it should be noted in there catalog so you can plan accordingly and know it will NOT be there within the 3 days they tell you. Also when they pull this they should give you a10 percent cost reduction for there poor filing system. This would give them better business skills.

After I made my order, I ran some web-searches of PC Nation and found quite a number of negative reviews reciting stories such as mine. Therefore, I’m not surprised at the fizzled outcome of my attempt to order a tablet from you.

"Bought a Garmin Forerunner 410 for my wife. Was offered a great deal on next day shipping so I went for it. Product page clearly said the item was in stock. Bought it and checked on it the next day. The item was listed as backordered. This is a discountinued item. So they took my money for expedited shipping on a product they did not have in stock and that they probably will never get back in stock. Called to cancel. The girl was rude and couldn't wait to get off of the phone with me. There are too many sites out there to fulfill customers needs. "Searched for a Thunderbolt external hard drive for my Mac. Prices were all over the MSRP. PCNation had the lowest price offered in the search, and was easy to set up an account and place an order. Shipping cost was free with many good options. Would consider using them again in the future for other purchases."
"I ordered a Hewlett Packard All-In-One Laser Printer from PC Nation in December of 2012. This printer was shipped by PC Nation in the manufacturers box and NOT in a protective shipping box! The unit arrived to me D.O.A. (Dead On Arrival) and after jumping though numerous hoops, I was finally allowed to ship the defective unit back to PC Nation. I had to wait over 3 weeks to receive a refund from PC Nation! To add injury to insult PC Nation did not refund my shipping charges even though the unit arrived to me defective! How pathetic is that? Avoid this company unless you enjoy receiving defective electronic equipment!
