"I placed an order for a Nikon D800 when it said "instock", went through all the procedures and got confirmation on my order through Email.
Two days later I checked to see the order status and found that it was on "back order" instead.
The third day I recieved an Email stating that I'm the first on the list and they expect a new shipment either this week or the next.
I understand that Nikon D800 is in high demand
, but what happended was inexcusible and they should not bait customer to place an order when an item is not instock."

"They are not serious. They wrote in their website that they had the nikon d800 when they didnt have the camera. Just to build a waiting list and increase the Nikon's delivery to them."

"They did not process order until I verified CC info. I called to verify and later in the day I checked status online because and it still said they could not verify CC info. I called again to see why order was not processed, they wanted addition verification. I cancelled order, called JR Music World and ordered the same item and received it 2 days later. I have never had such hassles with BH Photo, Adorama, Amazon, or JR. Not sure what is PCNation POS's issue, but they need to get it fixed. I do not plan on buying from them anytime soon."
