"I Bought the Nikon D800 and a lens, a camera that is impossible to get at most stores at the moment. After a research online I called directly to the sales representative named Pearl Conley. She was absolutely amazing during the whole process of the order. The camera was sent to me super fast and I was given the rebate on the lens even though it wasn't in stock at that moment.
The only bad thing that I have to say is that they gave me troubles with shipping the camera to an address other than the billing address. I had to wire money which cost me time and money, however, I was offered a %1 discount on the whole order and was waived the transfer fee on PCNation's side.
The personal treatment and the quick and detailed emails I got from Pearl throughout the whole process were worth it. This is what excellent service is."
