"after ordering a 50mm sony lens the next day decided to cancel the order through amazon, and got automatic email from pcnation. i decided to call them the next day when they were open, and got the worst customer service i even dealt with in my life. a manager of the company falsely tried to charge me a restocking fee for canceling, and wouldn't give me a chance to talk, because he continuously talked over me. when i finally got a word in he literally hung the phone up on me. i immediately called amazon, and spoke with customer service. the lady i spoke with put me on hold to contact pcnation, and spoke the same manager. when she was done with the phone call with pcnation she told me that the manager was very rude, and wouldn't let her get one word in. she had to hang up on him, because of the disrespect... she told me to never call pcnation again, and to only deal with amazon with regards to getting a full refund... i had to file a claim, and i'm still waiting for my fund to be put back into my account... never again. "

"PC nation was the biggest online shopping disappointment I've had in a long time.
I travel a lot for business, and while away, my wife asked me to order a GPS for a friends birthday. So, I ordered from PC nation, whose price was $14 less than amazon. The hoops they had me jumping through to "verify" me as a customer were rediculous. As I am in China, I had to call twice, sit on hold both times, and they still wanted to verify with my wife of who I was! Needless to say, the phonecalls alone amounted to more than $14, and I ended up telling them to cancel the order.
Next time I'll stick with amazon. I'll never try PC nation again, and rest assured, I'll be telling friends and business associates of my experience. "
