"I am writing to commend you, your staff (in particular Lee Serling) and your company for an exemplary customer service experience. I recently ordered a camcorder - my first purchase on PCNation.com. When I called to order it I did not have my credit card available and it took me some time to track down my wife for the number. Before I could call back, the price had risen slightly and I was quite upset since it was still in my basket with the newer higher price. I called the company sales force and explained what happened and they were able to offer the lower price. The customer service person I spoke with proceeded to answer many questions I had and exhibited wonderful customer service skills that I don't normally see in my own institution (I work for a bank).

Finally, the product arrived the next day. I do not write many of these as I expect a decent level of customer service, however, it was such a wonderful customer experience. I will be sure to use you for many of my future purchases.

"The camera lens I ordered came from PCNation. I wished I had known it would not come in the 24 hour hour Fed Ex shipping I paid for, and I think that "business days" should be listed on their site. It's possible I missed some fine print somewhere! I wouldn't have paid the extra $12 for shipping knowing what I know now, and missed a photo session because I didn't receive it within the time period. The box had very little packing material around the lens box, and when I picked it up off the porch, I truly thought something inside would be broken, but thankfully it wasn't."

"If there is any award for worst costumer service, PCNation truly deserves it. I placed an order 5 days ago. After 3 days got a mail that I need to call Authorization dept. But they gave general costumer care number. I had to wait for over 40 min to get 'next available' representative. Customer representative didn't have any idea. She started asking unrelated personal details like my work phone number, work email address etc.. which has nothing to do with my order! Then, I was told that someone would contact me soon. I have been waiting since then...."

"Excellent price compared to other on-line retailers. Super fast shipping. Appreciated the options of free shipping, as well as inexpensive upgrades to 2 or 3 day shipping. This was a time sensitive delivery and the date expected was posted prior to check out, therefore I knew when I would get the item. The item actually arrived 1 day earlier than advertised. I would definitely buy from PCNation again. Highly recommend this seller!"

"I didn't receive the product! you advertised that you had them in stock, so I ordered two of them. The next day you sent me a message stating you no longer carried the product. It was a border line switch and bait in my opinion. I was upset to say the least. I was very unsatisfied with the way your company handles its business.
