"I just ordered a Nuvi 650 from PCNation and so far the experience has been great. After I placed the order I called to verify everything went through correctly and the sales rep confirmed and I also added the 3yr war. over the phone with no problem. I will update this review when I recieve the GPS.

"Ordered a Nuvi 750 after checking prices online and eliminating the ripoff sites (thanks, reseller ratings). Good price and free shipping. I was sent a confirmation e-mail and asked to confirm. I personally appreciate their efforts to eliminate fraudulent purchases. Shortly after, I received tracking information. My product arrived one day earlier than Fed Ex estimated. New factory sealed Nuvi. No complaints whatsoever."

" This was the first time I ordered from Pcnation.com and probably the last. I ordered a sharp LCD tv from their web site. The next day I get an e-mail from PCnation saying my attention was required. First e-mail I had to click on a link in the e-mail to activate the account and process my order. Seemed simple enough. I get another email later asking me to contact them. I call the customer service number and speak to Will. Will then asks if i have a corporate e-mail account. He keeps asking if anything with a .gov, .edu or.org address. I give him my work e-mail. He says this is to verify I am who I say I am. Sounds more like they are trolling for government, education or charity contacts and or mailing lists. He says they will send me an e-mail to my work address and all I have to do is reply. I do as they ask. A day later I get no response as to my order being confirmed. I call again and Will tells me he got the message but it was garbled. I replay again while he is on the phone. He says the message is good and the order will be processed. Next day I get an e-mail my order is on back order. I am not happy. I call and another rep. informs me it will be in by the 26th of March. I decide to wait since the price was good. Well March 26 arrives and still no tv in stock. While pcnations customer service reps. were polite and willing to cancel my order, I must say their method of confirming orders (which I believe led to the product being sold out of stock after I had placed my order.) and the fact that they have no control over there inventory is pathetic. To this day the still do not have the Sharp LC-37D64U in stock. The business models are already out there. All you have to do is look at the top ratings on this site."

"I placed an order online for a Garmin GPS. Not one problem during the ordering process. They shipped a new unit Via a FedEx online deal. Arrived actually earlier then expected. The unit worked right out of the box. The battery was 3/4 charged. All functions work just fine. The company delivered 100%. They wern't the cheapest store online for the model GPS I purchased, but they had a better customer satisfaction rating. I actually spent $38.00 more than the cheapest store with a poor rating and had ZERO hassles/problems. Sometimes that in it's self is worth the little extra money. I would do business with this company again. A+"

"I ordered two items from PCNation on Jan 6. I expected to receive an email asking me to call them to confirm my order and be bombarded with attempts to get me to buy accessories and items I do not want. Instead, I received an email stating that the items were on backorder and they “anticipate completing (my) order over the next 1 to 2 weeks”. Three and a half weeks later, I had not yet received my order (still on backorder), so I email PCNation customer service to get a status report. They replied that their “information shows that these items are both out of stock and are on a 1-2 week back order”. The website still showed the items were “In Stock”. Three and a half weeks later (now more than six weeks after the original order) I had not yet received my order, so I email PCNation customer service again to get a status report. The only reply I received was from their email server indicating that they had opened my email. The website still showed the items were “In Stock”. Obviously, they had no intention to make this sale, so I cancelled the order. What I SCAM. PCNation cuts prices AND corners. A friend of mine wanted to place an order with PCNation but decided to wait to see my experience. He has now decided not to buy from these people. That’s a total of about $2000 PCNation will never receive."
