They require your employer name and office telephone number, and your business e-mail address (Yahoo Mail or Google Mail aren't good for them) in order to verify your credit card. "Watch out for them asking for a "verifiable" email address. A day after placing my order, I got an email asking me to call customer service. Calling customer service resulted in being on hold for approx. half hour after which all I got was that my yahoo email was "unverfiable" even though I got their email just fine. My publicly listed home phone was "unverifiable" - they wanted a business number which is somehow more verfiable than a home number!!! Their customer service reps were polite but unhelpful. It was only after threatening to cancel my order that the customer service guy suggested that I could call my credit card company and have them verify my info with PC Nation.
