I received the scanner within 3 days and called Customer Service regarding some issues I have (there are finger prints on the underside of the glass) with the scanner. I waited 10-15 minutes on the phone for someone to answer but never did get through to anyone, so I hung up. "what a great story!!!I ordered a very had to find product at a very good price that seemed to good to be true. My mailing address did not match my billing address b/c i was going home for the holiday. Due to this fact, I got an email from them saying that i need to give them my work address and respond to an email for secruity purposes. I respond to the email the very next day at 830AM and get home to find no email saying it was shipped. I call to see if it was shipped but they ask for my work email again. I say i responded to the email and he checks his system and finds it. I had paid for 2 day shipping so i could get the item so i get the item on a certain day. I asked if they could ship it out that day. He puts me on hold for 20 seconds and then tells me the item is out of stock. I cancel my order and thats that. Their policy was to hold the item for 7 days so either they never had it in stock in the first place(they could have told me this 2 days ago) or they do not follow their own policies. What a waste of time."
