"The drive they sold me and advertised was in fraud! Nu DVD +RW, and -RW (Model 081). I filed a compaint with the BBB, VISA, and the Attorney General. I sent the item back and demanded my money back to include the shipping charges. I also filed to have the shipping charges I paid for to return the product refunded to me. They knowingly and willingly sold this drive to consumers knowing that it was not what was advertised. PC Direct confirmed that this drive was sold in fraud and although did not agree with how the Company advertised and sold it, they could not do anything. The tech support department told the company not to sell this drive in fraud, but the Comapny refused to listen to their own support department.

UPDATE: PC Direct saw my comments on resellerratings.com and promptly contacted me to rectify this problem. Even though I had already got in touch with MSI tech support to send me a new bios chip to fix the mobo, this shows GREAT customer care on PC Direct's end.
