"Excellent service on my first order form this company. I went there after knowing of their excellent rating here on RR - I have known of their top rating for some time, I just finally had a reason to use them.
I wanted an "entry level" system for my 5 yr old daughter's first computer and emailed them for information. I received a prompt response with the information I needed, and the email contained complete sentences and perfect grammar! I replied, informing them that I had ordered a barebones system from them instead of the more expensive, complete system that I had originally written about. Again I received a prompt response welcoming me to their 'family' and thanking me for making the purchase.
I was emailed a tracking number 2 days later and received my system a couple days after that.
