I don't know why items not on sale take less time 5-10 business days. In any event the phone was well priced. Unfortunately, I was informed that the phone would actually take about 30 business days to arrive at the seller's premises. As promised I was emailed with the shipping information on the 30th day. To PDA Plaza's credit, they shipped it express, which is more expensive. The phone arrived on Monday. The phone was brand new in a sealed box. "

Once received, my phone was delivered within 2 business days and was packaged well. PDA Plaza also offers daily deals on their phones.
